Elevator companies · Social media

Show the lift working, because nobody can picture one at home.

Social media for a lift company has one job worth doing: showing a home lift running inside an ordinary house, and an installation going into a building like the viewer's. GullySales plans that filming, posts it where families and architects look, and keeps the claims to what your lift does.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For elevator companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A family cannot picture a lift in a house they already own”

Video of one running in a normal home does what no brochure will, because the question is always whether it fits.

  • “Architects follow projects, not suppliers”

Instagram and LinkedIn work for a lift firm when the post is a finished building with the practice credited, not a product announcement.

  • “The rescue clip is the one worth filming”

Show a lift losing power, lowering itself to the nearest floor and opening. That single clip answers the fear that delays every home lift decision.

  • “Residents will film your breakdown for you”

A stuck lift ends up on a phone and in a group within minutes. Your own footage of maintenance and response is the only counterweight you control.

What we do

What we deliver for elevator companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Home lift video shot in real houses

Short films of installed lifts in ordinary homes, with the owner walking through the space, the noise and daily use, filmed with written permission.

Result: Families see the lift in a house like theirs.

  2. A rescue and safety clip

Footage of what happens during a power cut, filmed at your display and explained by a technician in plain words.

Result: The fear that stalls families gets a straight answer.

  3. Project posts crediting the architect

Finished buildings posted with the practice and consultant named and tagged, so the post reaches their followers rather than only yours.

Result: Architects see their own work and remember yours.

  4. Installation and maintenance footage

Time-lapse of an installation and short clips of routine servicing, showing the work residents never get to see.

Result: A committee sees what an AMC actually buys.

  5. A claims check before anything is posted

Every statement about capacity, speed, safety features and rescue behaviour checked against your own specifications before publication.

Result: Nothing posted turns into an argument later.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platforms for lift buyers

Where families, architects and builders look, and what to post for each.

Instagram reels of home lifts
Film an installed home lift in a real house, showing the cabin size, the door finish and the shaft space it needed. The action wanted is a message with the house plan or the shaft size.
YouTube installation and maintenance films
A longer film of a lift going into a shaft, or a service visit with the checks named. The action wanted is a call to book a site visit, so say which building types you cover.
LinkedIn for architects, builders and facility heads
Post a completed passenger or goods lift with capacity, number of stops and building type. The action wanted is sending a drawing for a recommendation on lift size.
WhatsApp status for AMC customers
Post a service visit notice and a safety reminder, such as what to do if the lift stops. The action wanted is a reply to confirm the visit day.
What not to post for a lift company
Do not post a lift with an unfinished shaft or an uncertified one, a rival's breakdown, or a claim of a safety licence you cannot show. Do not show a family's home with the address visible.

Who it is for

This is written for these elevator companies.

  • Passenger lift companies for apartments and offices
  • Home lift and villa elevator specialists
  • Hospital bed and stretcher lift suppliers
  • Goods and freight lift manufacturers
  • Escalator and travelator suppliers for malls and metros
  • Dumbwaiter and service lift suppliers for hotels and restaurants
  • Independent lift maintenance and AMC companies
  • Lift modernisation and retrofit specialists

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform matters for a lift company?
Instagram and YouTube for families, LinkedIn for architects, consultants and builders. The same installation video serves both once the caption is rewritten. Very little else in this trade is worth the time.
Can we film inside a customer's house?
Only with written permission, and many families will say no because it is their home and their parent. Ask at handover while they are pleased, offer to keep faces out of it, and one yes in five is plenty.
How do we film a rescue or a power-cut test safely?
Do it only at your own display lift or a site where the owner agrees, with a technician in charge and the building notified. Explain what the cabin does in plain words. Do not stage a fault in a lift in daily use.
Should we post a lift that a rival serviced and we took over?
Not without a clear reason and the owner's written agreement, and never to criticise the earlier company. Post the work you did, such as the corrected pit or the new controller, and let the building owner approve the words.
How can a smaller lift company compete with the multinational brands?
By being known earlier and answering faster locally. An architect who already has your shaft drawings will often name you beside a big brand. After handover, a local technician who reaches within the hour keeps the building when a multinational's service desk cannot.
How do we get families to decide on a home lift?
Answer the fear behind the delay. Families usually postpone because they picture a parent stuck alone during a power cut. Show them the battery rescue on a working lift, in a home like theirs, and most move to a decision.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
