Turnkey construction companies · Outdoor advertising

Put the board where plot owners stand, which is the layout gate and your own site.

Outdoor advertising for a turnkey builder is the board at a layout entrance, the sign on the house you are building right now, and the panel on the road into a new layout. GullySales picks the spots plot owners actually walk, checks the permission for each structure, and prints a number your enquiry register can trace.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What outdoor advertising means

Outdoor advertising is the hoarding, billboard, bus shelter or digital screen on a road your buyers already use. GullySales picks the sites from where your customers actually come from, coordinates the booking with the media owner, and gives the campaign a traceable route so it is not judged on guesswork.

For turnkey construction companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Your running sites are the medium”

Every house you have up is a board facing a street of plot owners who stop and watch the work anyway. Most such sites carry a contractor name in small vinyl and no number at all.

  • “The layout gate beats the main road”

A thousand cars on the arterial contain a handful of people with an empty site. The entrance to a layout being built out contains almost nobody else.

  • “Say what you build, not who you are”

G plus two, nine months, payment tied to plinth, slab and plastering. A company name and a logo tell a plot owner nothing about whether you do their kind of house.

  • “Selling units is a different board”

A panel offering flats or plots you are selling brings obligations under RERA that a board offering to build on somebody else's land does not. Your legal adviser decides which one this campaign is.

What we do

What we deliver for turnkey construction companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. One board standard for every live site

The same sign on each running job, carrying the build type, the duration and a number, put up when the foundation starts rather than at handover.

Result: Every house under construction brings in its own enquiries.

  2. Layout and approach-road shortlist

Entrances, junctions and the roads plot owners drive on a Sunday, inside the districts you will actually travel to build in.

Result: You stop paying for traffic that owns no land.

  3. Artwork a plot owner can act on

The build type, what a stage-wise payment plan means here and one number, sized to be read from a moving car rather than from a laptop.

Result: The board answers the question the owner came with.

  4. Structure licence and panel size confirmed

Who holds the permission for that structure, the exact size and material it takes, and the mounting and removal dates in writing.

Result: Nothing you paid for comes down halfway through the cycle.

  5. A number that lands in the enquiry register

One line and a QR code used on boards alone, with the office writing the site or layout against every call before anything else is discussed.

Result: You can see which board is producing plot owners.

  6. Dated photographs and reporting

Pictures of each board in place, then enquiries, site visits and signed contracts by board, read against the baseline recorded before the campaign.

Result: Boards that produce nobody come down at the end of the cycle.

How the result is measured

  • Sites booked
  • Proof of display received
  • Enquiries quoting the campaign route

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it is bought, and approved

A builder buys outdoor at layouts and on running sites, and the plot owner and the civic body clear it first.

The layout developer or association
A board at a layout entrance needs the developer's or association's consent. Ask what the layout's rules allow before you order.
The plot owner's consent for a site board
Put the board in the contract, with the plot owner's written consent and a clause that it stays until handover.
What your site board must carry
Some local bodies expect the building permit details on a construction site board. Check what your sanction requires and print it separately from your advertising.
Licence and panel size on the approach road
Ask for the licence, the panel size and the display dates in writing. A structure without a licence can be removed during your order.
Daylight, when plot owners visit
Plot owners walk layouts in daylight. Check the face in daylight first, and ask whether paying for lighting is worth it.
A number for the enquiry register
Print a number used only on boards, and enter 'board' with its location in the enquiry register against each call.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the outdoor advertising work runs

  1. 1

    Draw the catchment

We agree the roads, junctions and neighbourhoods your buyer moves through. It is almost always a smaller area than an owner first says, and a clinic in Nagarbhavi does not need the whole of west Bengaluru.

  2. 2

    Survey what is available

We work through the sites on offer inside that catchment and go and stand in front of the ones worth looking at.

  3. 3

    Compare and book

Sites are compared on facing, visibility, illumination and cycle length, then booked through the media owner or their agency at a negotiated rate.

  4. 4

    Print to specification

Artwork is made to the exact panel size and delivered ahead of mounting day, with a proof you approve before printing.

  5. 5

    Monitor the cycle

We collect mounting and mid-cycle photographs, and take up anything late, torn or unlit with the media owner while the cycle is still running.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we take a hoarding on the main road?
Only after the boards on your own sites and the layout entrances are up, because those cost less and reach people who own land. A main road panel earns its place when four or five of your sites are running in one part of the city and you want the name known before the estimate arrives.
How do we know an enquiry came from a board?
By the number on it, which goes nowhere else, and by one question in the office about which site or layout the owner saw. Written into the enquiry register, that is the only report this medium gives. The structure itself counts nothing.
Can we put a board on a plot we are only quoting for?
Not without the owner's written consent, and a board before a signed contract can embarrass the owner. Keep boards to signed contracts, and in the contract state the size, the position and the date it comes down.
What happens to the site board when the house is finished?
Agree it in the contract. Either you take it down at handover, or the owner asks you to leave it for an agreed time. A faded board left up on a finished house works against you, so write the removal date down.
How do you handle showing project photos without client permission issues?
We agree with each client upfront on what can be shown publicly, and only use photographs the client has approved.
Do you help with the actual construction or only the marketing?
Only the marketing and sales process. The design, estimation and construction remain entirely your team's responsibility.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
