Baby product stores · Website

Give parents a site that shows the shop, the range and the way in.

A website for a baby product store is the page a parent opens to check the range, the address and how the shop treats a customer, often from a phone at night. GullySales works on a clear, honest site that sends the parent to the shop or to a message.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For baby product stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visit is on a phone”

Parents browse in a spare moment with one hand free. A site that loads slowly, hides the address or hides the phone button loses them before they see a single cot.

  • “Parents look for signs of care”

Exchange policy, brand names, photographs of the real shop and the staff matter more than a long mission statement. A page that explains the size exchange builds the confidence a price tag cannot.

  • “Stock listings go stale”

A product page showing an item that sold out last week frustrates the parent who travels to see it. Either keep stock current or show the range and invite a message to confirm.

  • “Safety wording is a risk on a product page”

Calling an item safe or suitable for a stated age makes a claim the shop must support. Copy what the label and the brand guide say, and point the parent to read the age guidance.

What we do

What we deliver for baby product stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A clear home page

What the shop sells, where it is, when it is open and how to message, all visible before scrolling.

Result: A parent knows what to do within moments.

  2. Brand and stage pages

Pages for each brand you stock and for each stage of the first years, with real photographs.

Result: The site mirrors how families shop.

  3. An exchange and visit page

The shop's exchange policy, parking, entrance and what to expect on a visit, written plainly.

Result: Parents know what to expect before travelling.

  4. A gift page

Gift ideas grouped by budget for naming ceremonies and baby showers, with a message button.

Result: Relatives find something to buy and a way to ask.

  5. A product enquiry route

A button on each range page that opens WhatsApp with the item named.

Result: Questions arrive with the product already mentioned.

  6. A phone check

A test of the site on common phones, with images sized and buttons reachable by thumb.

Result: The site works for the hand that holds it.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these baby product stores.

  • Expecting parents preparing a hospital bag and nursery

  • Grandparents and relatives buying for naming ceremonies and baby showers
  • Gift buyers looking for a newborn present
  • Families choosing prams, cots, car seats and high chairs
  • Toddlers' families buying toys and early learning items
  • Families returning from abroad or another city setting up a nursery
  • Hospitals, maternity homes and doulas recommending shops to their patients

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online shop?
Not to begin. Some baby stores do better with a range site, a catalogue and a message button, then add online sales for light items once stock and delivery are settled.
Should the site show prices?
Show them where you can stand behind them and keep them current. Where prices change often, show a starting point or invite a message. A wrong price on a page costs more trust than no price.
Can we use photographs from the brands?
Use them only where the brand allows it, and add your own shelf photographs as well. Your own pictures show a parent that the item is in the shop. Check the supplier's terms before using their images.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
