Meat shops · Website

A buyer who finds the shop online wants cuts, timings and a way to order on one screen.

A website for a meat shop is a small set of pages that tell a household what the shop sells, where it is, when it opens and how to order. GullySales works on the pages, the wording and the route from the page to a WhatsApp pre-order.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For meat shops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first screen must answer where and when”

A buyer on a phone wants the locality, the timings and the closing days at once. A page that opens with a slogan hides what they came for and loses them.

  • “Cuts and services need their own words”

A list that names chicken, mutton, marinated items, delivery and function orders lets a buyer see what is offered. A vague page about quality gives them nothing to act on.

  • “The order button must go somewhere that is answered”

A button that opens a number nobody picks up loses the order. It should open the WhatsApp Business chat with a ready message and a named person watching it.

  • “An out-of-date site is worse than none”

Timings from a past year or a price list that no longer holds sends buyers to a closed or changed shop. Someone must own the page and update it.

What we do

What we deliver for meat shops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A simple site of a few pages

Home, cuts and services, delivery and function orders, and contact, in plain language and light enough for a phone.

Result: A site a buyer can read in a minute.

  2. An order button to WhatsApp

A button that opens the business chat with a starting message for a pre-order.

Result: The visitor reaches the shop in one tap.

  3. A page of timings and closing days

A section showing regular hours, festival closings and any shortened days, kept in step with the listing.

Result: The site and the map show the same hours.

  4. Photographs and a hygiene note

Counter and cold storage photographs with a plain description of the cleaning routine, as it is in the shop.

Result: The page shows the shop as it is.

  5. A named owner for updates

One person responsible for changes to stock, timings and rates, with a short checklist.

Result: Changes are made by a person, not left undone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these meat shops.

  • Chicken retail shops in residential neighbourhoods
  • Mutton and goat meat shops
  • Shops that sell both chicken and mutton
  • Pork and other speciality meat shops serving their own regular buyers
  • Egg and chicken stores that also sell marinated products
  • Meat shops with home delivery
  • Supplier-shops that sell to hotels, caterers and hostels
  • Meat shops inside supermarkets and apartment complexes

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does a small meat shop need a website?
A one-page site with timings, cuts and a WhatsApp button is enough for a buyer to find and trust the shop, alongside the map listing.
Should the site show prices?
Only if you can keep them current. Rates move, so a sheet that is out of date does more harm than a note to ask on WhatsApp.
Can the site take online payments?
It can, but start with pre-orders and payment at collection. If you add payments later, use a known provider and follow the rules for it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
