Sanitaryware showrooms · Follow up systems

Ring the couple on the Tuesday, before the other showroom does.

A follow-up system for a sanitaryware showroom is the set of calls and messages sent after a visit or a quote until the bathroom is decided. GullySales works on who calls, when, with what, and where the result is written.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Tile and sanitaryware showrooms: show a real physical business scene illustrating Catalogue by series, size and finish. Hold every brand, series, size and finish with pieces per box and the area a box covers, so nobody works that out twice.

What follow up systems means

A follow-up system is the set routine for calling, messaging or emailing an enquiry more than once, since most buyers do not decide on the first conversation. GullySales sets the number and timing of follow-ups so an undecided buyer keeps hearing from you until they decide either way.

For sanitaryware showrooms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The sale goes to the showroom that rang first”

Couples visit several displays over a few days and decide on whoever stayed in touch. The first useful call after the visit settles which display the family returns to.

  • “A quote sent and not chased is a quote lost”

A family sent a quote on WhatsApp reads it once and forwards it to the elder at home. Without a call that asks what the family thought, the quote sinks beneath the next message and the sale goes elsewhere.

  • “Builder revisions need a record”

A purchase manager asking for a revised rate expects the new figure and a call. When the revision goes out and nobody follows, the project drifts to the supplier who did.

  • “Old visitors are worth a message at the right season”

A couple who looked in months ago may now be at the fitting stage. A message at handover time or before a festival, mentioning the set they looked at, reaches them when the question is live.

What we do

What we deliver for sanitaryware showrooms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A follow-up ladder after a visit

A written sequence of calls and messages, each with its purpose and its owner, from the thank-you to the quote check.

Result: Every visitor has a planned next step.

  2. Call and message scripts in plain language

Short openings that mention the bathroom and the set the family saw, never a generic greeting.

Result: The family recognises the call as theirs.

  3. A quote chase routine

A set point for asking about each quote sent, with a note of the answer and the next date.

Result: Every open quote has a date for its next touch.

  4. A builder revision log

A record of each project quote, each revision and each call, shared by the project desk.

Result: The project desk can say where each quote stands.

  5. A reawakening list of past visitors

A set of visitors who did not buy, grouped by room and season, with a message prepared for each group.

Result: A named list of people to message before a season.

  6. An overdue view for the manager

A list of follow-ups that passed their date, visible to the manager.

Result: Missed calls are seen and reassigned.

How the result is measured

  • Follow-up completion rate
  • Average number of follow-ups before close
  • Enquiries closed after repeat follow-up

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these sanitaryware showrooms.

  • Multi-brand sanitaryware and bath showrooms in a city's main road or design district
  • Single-brand authorised showrooms for one sanitaryware maker
  • Luxury bath studios that sell imported closets, tubs and rain showers
  • Showrooms attached to a tile and flooring shop
  • Builder-supply showrooms with a project desk
  • Showrooms that sell mainly to interior designers and architects
  • Showrooms in towns and district headquarters serving the whole district
  • Renovation-led showrooms for flat owners replacing old bathrooms

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the follow up systems work runs

  1. 1

    Measure today's reply time

From last month's enquiries, we measure how long each waited for a first reply and how many follow-ups it got.

  2. 2

    Agree targets and the sequence

We set reply targets and the follow-up sequence with your team, based on its real hours and workload.

  3. 3

Set up templates, tasks and ownership

Templates, first-call questions, CRM tasks and named owners go live, with cover for leave and weekends.

  4. 4

    Track and adjust every month

Reply time and follow-up completion are reported against the baseline, and the routine is changed where it is not kept.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many times should we call a visitor?
There is no fixed count. Call while the bathroom is being decided and stop when the family says it is settled elsewhere or the date has passed. The record should show why each call happened.
Is it irritating to follow up?
A call with a purpose is welcome: a corrected quote, a photograph of the set, a question about the wall. A call that only asks if they have decided irritates. Give every call a reason the family can use.
Who should own follow-up?
The salesman who met the visitor, with the manager watching the overdue list. A shared inbox with no owner is how follow-up dies, so every name carries one person's responsibility.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
