Sweet shops · Website

Give the box, the price and the order button one page each.

A website for a sweet shop is a small set of pages that show your sweets, boxes and how to order, and that a buyer can forward to someone else. GullySales works on the catalogue, the order route and the pages that put your shop on search.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For sweet shops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The website is the forwardable catalogue”

A corporate admin does not decide alone. They send your link to a manager. If the link shows boxes, prices and contents neatly, the approval comes easily, and if it shows a photograph with no price, the answer is another phone call.

  • “Not every sweet shop needs a shop cart”

Selling sweets across cities needs packing, courier terms and shelf-life checks. A site that lists boxes and sends the order to WhatsApp serves a local shop well and avoids promises the kitchen cannot keep.

  • “The phone is the screen”

Visitors open the page on a phone, at the counter of a rival or between meetings. Large photographs, readable prices and a tap-to-message button matter more than a clever design.

  • “Trust lives in small details”

A buyer wants to see the address, the opening hours, the licence number you are allowed to display and who is behind the shop. A page without them reads like a listing that may not be real.

What we do

What we deliver for sweet shops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A box catalogue page

Each gift box with photograph, contents, weight, price and minimum order, laid out for forwarding.

Result: A manager can approve from one link.

  2. An order page that reaches WhatsApp

A short form or button that sends the box, date and address to your business number.

Result: Orders arrive where your staff already work.

  3. Pages for signature sweets and festivals

One page per famous sweet and one per festival box, written in plain text.

Result: Search engines and buyers find the same facts.

  4. A corporate gifting page

Sample policy, quote request and delivery to multiple addresses explained in one place.

Result: The admin manager sees how the process works.

  5. A trust and contact page

Address, map, hours, your food licence details as you are required to show them, and a note on who runs the shop.

Result: A new buyer can see the shop is real.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these sweet shops.

  • Traditional mithai shops selling milk sweets and dry-fruit sweets
  • Regional sweet specialists known for one item
  • Sweet and savoury shops with namkeen and snacks
  • Bengali, Rajasthani, South Indian and other regional sweet houses
  • Shops that cater for weddings, functions and temple prasadam
  • Corporate gift box suppliers working from a sweet kitchen
  • Multi-outlet sweet chains within one city
  • Sugar-free and dry-fruit sweet makers

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do I need an online payment system?
Not at the start. Advance payment by a UPI link or bank transfer after a confirmed order works for a local shop. Add online payment when order volume and your delivery process justify it.
Who updates the prices and festival pages?
You or a named staff member, using a simple editor we set up and show you. Pages are built so changing a price or a date does not need a developer, and festival pages are reused each year.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
