Toy stores · Website

Build a site that sorts toys by age and tells the parent what is in stock.

A website for a toy store is a small set of pages that show the range by age and occasion, say where the shop is and open a chat on WhatsApp. GullySales designs and writes it for a shop that sells mainly across the counter.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For toy stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor arrives with an age in mind”

A parent opens the site to find something for a child of a certain age. If the first screen asks them to pick from brand names, they leave. A front page with age bands and occasions lets them reach the shelf in a tap.

  • “A site without a shop can still sell”

A toy shop does not need a full online store to gain from a website. A clear range, honest photographs, the address, the hours and a button to ask on WhatsApp bring the buyer to the counter with the toy already named.

  • “Phones are the only screen that matters”

A gift buyer uses a phone, one-handed, on the move. Pages must load without delay, buttons must be large enough for a thumb, and the number and map must be one tap away.

  • “Stale pages cost trust”

A page that lists toys long sold, or hours that changed, makes a parent doubt everything else. Someone in the shop must own updates, and the site should be built so that changing a toy takes minutes, not a developer.

What we do

What we deliver for toy stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built around age and occasion

Pages for age bands, birthdays, return gifts, festivals and playschool orders, plus the shop page.

Result: A parent reaches the right shelf from the front page.

  2. A shop page with the practical details

Address, map, hours, parking, gift wrapping and how to hold a toy, in plain words.

Result: A buyer knows how to reach you and what to ask.

  3. Toy pages with real photographs

Descriptions for the toys you stock, with your own pictures, age fit, contents and care notes.

Result: The page matches what is on the shelf.

  4. A WhatsApp and call button on every page

Buttons that open a chat with the page's toy named, or ring the counter.

Result: A buyer reaches staff without typing the question again.

  5. A bulk and playschool enquiry page

A short page for return gifts and institutions, with bundle options and a form for head count and date.

Result: A planner or playschool owner can send a clear order request.

  6. An update routine

A simple list of what to change and when, plus guidance for your staff on editing it.

Result: The site stays true to the shelf.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need online payment on the site?
Not to begin with. Plenty of toy shops do well by showing the range and taking orders on WhatsApp. We add payment only when your stock records and delivery can support it.
Who updates the website once it is live?
A named person in your shop, with a short guide from us. If that is not possible, we agree an arrangement in writing. We do not promise speed on updates.
Should the site list prices?
If your prices are steady, yes, because it saves a call. If they move with stock and offers, show a starting range or say ask on WhatsApp. A wrong price on the site is worse than none.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
