Watch stores · Website

Give the buyer a site that shows your brands, your service desk and the way to ask.

A website for a watch store is the place where a buyer confirms which brands you are authorised for, sees the models in stock and finds the service desk. GullySales designs it around brand pages, service information and a quick route to a chat or a visit.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For watch stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first question is which brands”

A buyer arriving from a search wants to know within seconds whether the shop carries the watch they want. Brand names belong on the first screen, not buried in a list.

  • “Authorised status is the reassurance”

The warranty, the service network and the invoice are what separates a dealer from a marketplace seller. A page that explains them in plain words answers the biggest worry.

  • “Mobile visitors outnumber desktop”

Most buyers look on a phone while commuting or in a shop. Large photographs, a visible call and chat button and pages that open without delay matter more than decoration.

  • “Stock changes and pages go stale”

A page showing models that were sold months ago loses trust. Decide who updates stock and how often, and show only what the shop actually holds.

What we do

What we deliver for watch stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Brand pages with dealer status

One page for each brand, stating authorisation, models in stock, warranty route and service desk.

Result: A buyer sees at once which brands you carry.

  2. Model and gift range pages

Pages grouped by type, occasion and budget, with photographs and a button to ask on WhatsApp or call.

Result: A buyer can browse by need and not only by brand.

  3. Service and repair section

What the shop handles, what goes to the brand, how to bring a watch in and how a customer is told it is ready.

Result: Service customers know the process before they visit.

  4. Shop and contact information

Address with entrance directions, hours, map, phone and chat buttons, matching the Business Profile exactly.

Result: A buyer can find the shop without calling for directions.

  5. Enquiry form and gifting request

A short form for models, gifts and bulk orders that sends details to the counter in a form staff can use.

Result: Enquiries arrive with the information needed to reply.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need online payment on the website?
Not necessarily. Many dealers use the site for information and enquiry and complete the sale at the counter. Add payment only if you can fulfil and support online orders properly.
Can the site show prices?
Some brands set rules on displayed prices, so check your dealer agreement first. Where prices are not shown, show the range and a clear way to ask.
Who keeps the site up to date?
Name one person at the shop, with GullySales supporting the technical side. Stock, offers and service details should change when the shop changes, not when someone remembers.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
