Enterprise networking companies · Search engine optimisation

Be the page an IT head finds when searching for campus Wi-Fi or hospital network design.

SEO for an enterprise networking company means building pages that answer the design and procurement questions an IT head or consultant types into search. GullySales works on sector pages, service pages and technical content, written so a buyer can judge your depth.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For enterprise networking companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The IT head searches by problem and by site type”

The query is rarely a brand name. It reads like wireless survey for a hospital, firewall replacement for a multi-branch bank, or structured cabling for a factory. A page that names the site type and the constraint matches the way the buyer thinks.

  • “A generic services page ranks for nothing in particular”

A single page listing switching, routing, wireless and security says everything and persuades no one. Separate pages for each service and each sector let a search engine and a reader see exactly what you do and for whom.

  • “Technical depth is the proof”

The reader is an engineer or a consultant. Notes on survey method, phasing a cut-over without halting a ward, rack and power readiness and support after commissioning show competence that a brochure line cannot.

  • “OEM names bring both help and noise”

Buyers do search by brand, but a page copied from an OEM datasheet adds nothing. A page describing how you design and support a deployment of that brand, within the partner levels you actually hold, earns its place.

What we do

What we deliver for enterprise networking companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Search term map by sector and service

A list of the phrases IT heads and consultants use for campus, hospital, factory and branch networks, matched to a page for each.

Result: Every target phrase has a page assigned to it.

  2. Sector and service pages

Individual pages for each service and sector, covering constraints, survey method, phasing and support in plain engineering language.

Result: A visitor reads a page about their own kind of site.

  3. Technical explainers

Short articles on questions buyers ask before specifying, such as access point density planning or when to replace ageing core switches.

Result: The site answers questions that arise before a tender is written.

  4. On-page fixes

Page titles, headings, internal links and speed checks across the existing site.

Result: The site has a clear structure a search engine can follow.

  5. A search tracking sheet

A record of target phrases, the page for each and the enquiries that arrived from search.

Result: Enquiries from search are counted separately from other sources.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Will SEO bring tender-sized projects?
Search brings the IT head who is researching, and the consultant who is shortlisting. It supports a long buying process rather than replacing meetings, and the tracking sheet shows which enquiries began on the site.
Can we write about OEM brands on our pages?
Yes, for the partner levels and certifications you have confirmed with the OEM. We do not claim anything the OEM has not granted, and check brand usage rules in your partner agreement.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
