UI/UX design companies · Search engine optimisation

Rank for the product problem a founder types, not for the word design.

SEO for a UI/UX design company is the work of making your pages appear when a founder or product head searches for a fix, such as a redesign for a clumsy app or a usability review of a dashboard. GullySales works on the problem pages, the case-study pages that support them, and the technical basics of the site.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For UI/UX design companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search for the symptom, not the service”

A product head types that users drop off at sign-up, or that a dashboard is confusing. Few type the name of a service. Pages built around those phrases meet the buyer at the moment the problem is felt, which a generic design services page cannot do.

  • “Portfolio sites are built from images”

Agency sites are galleries with little readable text, so search engines find nothing to rank. A case study written in plain paragraphs, with the problem, the research and the decision, gives a page that can be read, indexed and cited.

  • “Agency searches draw agencies, not buyers”

Searching for the best UI/UX agency in a city shows directories and listicles. Winning those phrases is slow and the visitors are comparing prices. Pages for a specific product type, such as fintech app onboarding, bring fewer visitors who are closer to a decision.

  • “A heavy, animated site hurts the agency that sells craft”

Large images and scroll effects make a design site slow on a phone. A founder judging attention to detail sees the delay first. Speed and clean page structure are part of the pitch as much as the portfolio is.

What we do

What we deliver for UI/UX design companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Problem and product-type pages

One page for each recurring situation, such as app onboarding, SaaS dashboards or checkout flows, each written from the user problem and linked to a related case study.

Result: A page for every kind of product problem you want enquiries about.

  2. Case studies set up for search

Titles, headings and image descriptions on each write-up, so the page explains its subject in text a search engine can read.

Result: Case studies that can be found and quoted.

  3. Site speed and structure review

A check of image size, page layout on a phone and the way pages link to each other, with a list of fixes.

Result: A short list of changes to a slow or confusing site.

  4. Search term map

The phrases buyers use for product problems, matched to the page that answers each, and the gaps where no page exists yet.

Result: A document that tells you what to write next and why.

  5. Directory and listing profiles

Consistent profiles on the platforms where Indian design agencies are compared, pointing back to the case studies.

Result: Listings that send a reader to your best work.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can you promise us a first-page ranking?
No. Rankings are decided by search engines and move without notice. We work on the pages, structure and content that give you a fair chance, and we report what changed in your pages and enquiries.
Our portfolio is images only. Do we need to rewrite it?
Yes, in part. Each project needs readable text for the problem, the research and the outcome. The images stay, and the writing gives search engines and buyers something to read.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
