Cloud consulting companies · Website

Let the finance head and the CTO each find their answer within one click of the home page.

A website for a cloud consulting company is where a buyer checks that the firm is real, specific and safe to hire. GullySales works on the structure, the pages and the proof that let a CTO and a finance head each find what they need.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For cloud consulting companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers check you before they call”

A CTO shortlisted by a peer opens your site to confirm the name is real, the people have depth and the work is relevant. A page of logos and certifications raises questions instead of answering them.

  • “The home page must split the two buyers”

One door for the architecture and risk reader, another for the person worried about the bill. A single general message makes the budget holder search for their own question and leave.

  • “People pages carry weight”

In advisory work the buyer hires individuals. Named architects with their areas, platforms and writing give the visitor someone to trust, while an anonymous list of services does not.

  • “The assessment page is the main page”

This is where a buyer decides to book a scoping call. It must state what is reviewed, what is delivered in writing and who takes part, with the redacted sample close by.

What we do

What we deliver for cloud consulting companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure

A map of pages for services, assessments, guides, people and stories, with the route a CTO and a finance head each follow.

Result: A structure that shows both buyers where to go.

  2. Assessment page

A page that sets out scope, the client team needed, the written output and a sample outline, ending in a scoping call request.

Result: A page a sponsor can forward to the budget holder.

  3. People and expertise pages

Pages for senior architects with their platforms, focus areas, writing and talks.

Result: Visitors see who they would work with.

  4. Anonymised stories section

A section of stories by industry and problem, with clients unnamed unless they agree in writing.

Result: Proof that respects your agreements.

  5. Enquiry form and thank-you page

A form that asks for the trigger and the budget holder, and a thank-you page that states what happens next without giving a time.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with the facts needed to reply.

  6. Speed and accessibility check

A review of loading, mobile layout and basic accessibility, with fixes listed.

Result: A written list for your developers.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What buyers look for on a cloud consultancy's site, and where they find it.

cloud cost review service
The assessment page: scope, what the buyer provides, what they receive and how much access is needed. This is the page that earns the call.
who are the architects
People pages with real names, certifications and areas of work. A CTO checks them before calling, so each claim must be one they can verify.
cloud migration approach
A page that sets out stages and decisions, written for a CTO, with a clear route to a scoping call.
cloud cost report sample
A redacted sample, readable by a finance head. It answers the question every buyer has, which is what they will get for the fee.
cloud consultant case studies
A section of anonymised stories, each cleared with the client, with the problem, approach and lesson shown.
talk to a cloud consultant
A short form that asks for the trigger, platform and role. A thank-you page says what happens next, without a promised time.

Who it is for

This is written for these cloud consulting companies.

  • AWS partners and consultants
  • Microsoft Azure partners and migration specialists
  • Google Cloud partners and data platform advisers
  • Cloud cost optimisation and review specialists
  • Cloud security and architecture review firms
  • Data centre exit and migration advisers
  • Multi-cloud and hybrid strategy consultants
  • Landing zone and cloud governance advisers for larger firms

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your current site works and draws enquiries, and what holds you back is the follow-up after the call.
  • You have no architects willing to be named, and a site of anonymous staff gives a CTO no reason to trust the firm.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can the old one be improved?
We look at what you have first. If the structure can carry the two buyer routes and the assessment page, we improve it. If not, we say so and explain what a rebuild would involve.
Should the site show our platform partner badges?
Show the ones you hold, but not alone. A badge says little about how you work, so place it beside a description of what you do best and a sample of the written output.
Should the home page speak to the CTO or the finance head?
Both, with two clear doors. A CTO looks for approach and people, a finance head for the bill and the report. One message for both loses each, so split the first screen and give each reader a route in.
How do we show partner badges correctly?
Show only the status you hold now, in the form the platform's current rules allow. A lapsed or inflated badge is easy for a buyer to check, and one false mark casts doubt on the rest of the site.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
