Hospital management software providers · Website

Build a website that answers migration, training and support before the call.

A website for a hospital software provider is the first place every committee member looks, so it must answer the questions each of them brings. GullySales works on the structure, the role-wise pages and the enquiry routes so a visitor finds their own problem from the first page.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For hospital management software providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A row of module icons answers nothing”

OPD, IPD, billing, pharmacy and lab appear on every competitor's homepage. What separates a vendor is the explanation of migration, training and support, which competitor sites leave to the sales call.

  • “Unnamed customers still need to be proved”

Hospitals refuse logos. The site can show stories by size and speciality, a support page with real contact routes and a description of how reference calls are arranged, and that proof stands without a name.

  • “A clinic and a chain should not share a form”

A single-doctor practice wants a price and a trial. A multi-branch hospital wants a conversation. One form for both frustrates each, so the site offers two clear routes.

What we do

What we deliver for hospital management software providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Role-wise navigation

Menu and pages organised by administrator, accounts, pharmacy, doctor and IT, as well as by module.

Result: Every committee member finds a page headed with their own problem.

  2. Go-live and support pages

Plain pages describing migration, training, parallel running, support contacts and escalation.

Result: The website answers the question about old patient files.

  3. Anonymous story pages

Stories grouped by hospital size and speciality with names held back until written consent.

Result: Proof appears without a hospital logo.

  4. Two enquiry routes

A short route for small practices and a conversation-led route for larger hospitals, each with its own questions.

Result: The enquiry tells you the facility type on arrival.

  5. Invented-data screens

Interface images made with made-up patients and bills.

Result: No page shows a real patient record.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Pages that answer migration, training and support.

hospital software for clinics
A clinic page with a short form, simple modules and a demo that suits a one-doctor practice.
hospital information system for multi-speciality hospital
A hospital page covering departments, integration and support, with a separate enquiry route to a senior salesperson.
how long does hospital software take to implement
A go-live page describing the steps in order and what the hospital must prepare, without a promise of a date.
data migration hospital software
A page for the IT person on formats, checks and who holds the data, with a sample layout on invented names.
hospital software support India
A support page naming how to raise a problem and who answers, since buyers fear being left after go-live.

Who it is for

This is written for these hospital management software providers.

  • Clinic management software for single-doctor and small practices
  • Hospital information systems for nursing homes and mid-size hospitals
  • Multi-speciality and multi-branch hospital chain systems
  • Diagnostic centre and laboratory information systems
  • Pharmacy and hospital store management software
  • Dental, eye and physiotherapy practice software
  • Patient app and teleconsultation tools sold with the main system
  • Insurance and TPA claim modules

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You cannot publish any screen without exposing real patient data, and no invented version exists yet.
  • The site would carry customer names or logos without written consent.
  • Nobody will keep the support and go-live pages true as the product changes.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we keep our current site and add pages?
Adding pages is possible. We look at the structure first. If the current build allows role-wise pages and two enquiry routes, we add to it rather than rebuild.
Should the site publish prices?
That is your decision. If pricing depends on beds, branches and modules, explain what it depends on and invite a conversation, rather than showing a number that misleads.
Should the website list our integrations with labs and payment tools?
List only the integrations that are live and that you support, with the name of the partner as the partner permits. A hospital IT person tests the claim, and a listed link that does not work costs you the evaluation. Say what is built and what is on request.
Can we host a live demo login on the site?
Only on a sandbox with invented data and no link to a real hospital. A public login invites misuse and can expose someone's records by mistake. A guided demo booked through the form lets your team ask about beds and departments before showing screens.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
