Machine learning companies · Digital marketing

Join search, outreach and partners so each prediction problem has a path in.

Digital marketing for a machine learning company means connecting the site, search, outreach and partner introductions around the problems you have solved. GullySales works on how these pieces fit together so a buyer arrives, learns and asks for a study.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For machine learning companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels that work alone leave gaps”

A strong page that nobody visits, or outreach that lands on a vague site, wastes both. A planner who receives a message, searches for the firm and finds only general claims drops the matter.

  • “The buyer checks you before replying”

After a message, the recipient looks at the site and the founder's profile. What they find must match what the message said. Mismatched wording makes a careful buyer suspect the rest.

  • “Measurement has to follow the problem”

Counting visits tells you little. What matters is enquiries by prediction problem, checklists returned and studies signed. Without that view, effort goes to the loudest channel, not the one that sells.

  • “Paid reach needs a narrow aim”

Broad advertising for AI services draws students and vendors. Spend aimed at named problems and named roles reaches the planner. Start narrow and widen only once a particular phrase proves useful.

What we do

What we deliver for machine learning companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan across site, search and outreach

A single document showing how each problem page, ad group and message connects to the study offer.

Result: One plan the whole team can read.

  2. Problem-led search and advertising

Pages and ad groups for phrases such as demand forecasting for manufacturers or churn prediction for subscription firms.

Result: Search spend tied to named problems, not general AI terms.

  3. A tracked enquiry route

Tags on forms and links so each enquiry shows its problem, source and outcome.

Result: You see which routes bring signed studies.

  4. Partner and referral set-up

Introduction notes and tracking for ERP resellers, BI consultants and past clients.

Result: Partner-sourced work is counted alongside the rest.

  5. A review of results by problem

A written reading of which problems bring enquiries, checklists and studies, with suggestions for where to put effort.

Result: A clear basis for deciding where to spend next.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches buyers type

Each prediction problem needs one search path into the study offer.

AI company for demand forecasting India
A search ad and page for one named problem, ending at the study offer and not at a general services page.
machine learning for collections NBFC
A page for lenders on propensity to pay, written with the risk head's questions about explanation and monitoring.
predict machine failure from vibration data
A technical page for the plant engineer that states what sensor history is needed and what the maintenance team gets.
price optimisation model for retail
A page covering the sales history, price changes and promotions needed, and the limits of a model when the market shifts.
fraud detection model for payments
A page for the risk team that states the labelled cases required and how false alarms are handled by a reviewer.

Who it is for

This is written for these machine learning companies.

  • Demand and inventory forecasting specialists
  • Credit scoring and collections modelling firms for lenders and NBFCs
  • Churn and customer lifetime value modelling for subscription businesses
  • Predictive maintenance and quality prediction for plants
  • Pricing and promotion optimisation for retail and FMCG
  • Fraud and anomaly detection for payments and insurance
  • Time series and sensor data specialists
  • MLOps and model monitoring providers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have no solved problem to show for the term you would pay to appear on.
  • Your enquiry route sends every lead to one inbox with nobody who can discuss data.
  • You hope search ads will win enterprise contracts that are decided through panels and partners.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Where should we begin?
With the problems you have already solved and can show. Build pages for those first, then add search and outreach around them. Starting with broad channels before the pages exist wastes spend.
How do we judge whether it is working?
By signed studies and live models, with enquiries by problem as an earlier signal. Visits and followers are weak guides in a trade where a handful of buyers matter.
Can you promise leads?
No. Leads depend on demand, competition and your own follow-up. GullySales builds the routes and the tracking so you can see what brings real conversations.
Should we advertise on LinkedIn or on search?
Start with search for named problems, because the buyer is already looking. Use LinkedIn when you can name the role and company type. Check each platform's current rules on targeting, and measure by signed studies, not by clicks.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
