Managed IT service providers · Digital marketing

Join your search, site, profiles and follow-up into one route to a signed agreement.

Digital marketing for a managed IT service provider is the combined work of search, website, social, email and referral channels, planned around the moments when a company changes its IT support. GullySales builds that plan, writes the pieces and reads the results against your own enquiry log.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For managed IT service providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels are bought one at a time and never joined”

A site from one agency, ads from another and a LinkedIn page run by an intern. The buyer meets three different descriptions of the firm, and nobody can say which of them produced the call.

  • “Search is intent, social is memory, referral is trust”

A buyer who types a query is ready to talk. Another remembers a post three months later. A third hears the name from an accountant. Each needs a different page and a different next step.

  • “Spend follows the loudest channel, not the best lead”

Clicks are easy to count and signed agreements are not. Without source tracking from the first enquiry to the signed proposal, budget moves towards whatever looks busy.

  • “The offer stays vague while the channels multiply”

If the firm cannot say in a sentence who it serves, which stack it supports and how it prices a user, every extra channel carries the same blur further.

What we do

What we deliver for managed IT service providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. One-page positioning statement

Who you serve, what the per-user scope includes and what stays outside it, written once and used on every channel.

Result: Site, profiles and proposals describe the firm the same way.

  2. Channel plan by buyer moment

A map from each trigger event, such as a resignation or an audit, to the page, post or referral route that meets it.

Result: Each channel has a stated job and a person responsible.

  3. Source tracking from enquiry to signature

A source field on every enquiry and proposal, with a short guide for recording it.

Result: You can read which channel produced which signed agreement.

  4. Content and page calendar

A list of pages and posts to be written in order of the events they answer, agreed with your engineers.

Result: The team knows what is being produced and who reviews it.

  5. Results review

A read-out comparing enquiries, assessments and signed agreements by source, with the next adjustments listed.

Result: The owner sees which spend to repeat and which to stop.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches buyers type

Each channel should lead a founder to the assessment offer.

IT support company for small office in [city]
A city page and a search ad that state what one user includes and offer an assessment visit, for the founder choosing a first provider.
alternative to our current IT vendor
A page for a company unhappy with its provider, covering how a takeover works and what you ask for on day one.
managed IT for CA firm
A sector page for accountants covering client file access, backups and the audit evidence you can provide.
IT AMC vs managed services
A comparison page that explains the difference in plain terms, for the office head who has only bought a yearly maintenance contract.
Microsoft 365 migration help
A project page with the steps for mail and file moves, and a link from it to the standing managed agreement.

Who it is for

This is written for these managed IT service providers.

  • Per-user support for growing offices without an IT team
  • Resident engineer and IT facility management providers
  • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace managed service partners
  • Co-managed IT for companies with one in-house IT person
  • MSPs serving CA firms, clinics and other compliance-heavy offices
  • Backup and endpoint management specialists
  • IT support firms for factories and export units
  • Remote-first providers serving offices in several cities

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your pages and follow-up do not yet turn an enquiry into an assessment, so more traffic would only add missed calls.
  • You have not decided which sectors you serve, and the campaigns would speak to everyone and persuade nobody.
  • You rely on a single large client for most income and have no capacity to take on new ones.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should an MSP spend first?
On the pages and follow-up that convert an enquiry, before paying for more traffic. Extra visitors sent to an unclear site only raise the cost of each lost enquiry.
Do we need paid ads?
Yes, once the site and follow-up work. Paid search can reach a buyer in the middle of a crisis, but it needs a landing page and a quick reply. Decide on your own margins and capacity.
How do we know digital marketing is working?
Count enquiries, booked assessments and signed agreements by source in your own log. Traffic and likes are inputs. A source that never reaches an assessment needs changing.
Which digital step suits a provider with a very small team?
Start with the pages and a plain enquiry route, because a small team cannot answer a large flow of leads. One sector page and one city page that your engineers can stand behind are worth more than a broad campaign of general ads.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
