Acupuncture centres · Buyer persona

Know the five people who book, and write a different page for each of them.

A buyer persona for an acupuncture centre is a written portrait of a type of patient who books, covering what they fear, what they ask and who influences them. GullySales builds the personas from your own appointment records and front-desk conversations, not from guesswork.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

For acupuncture centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The desk worker with a stiff neck and no time”

This patient wants a short visit near the office and a clear idea of how many sessions to plan for. They worry about being told to come back endlessly. A page that states the assessment, the likely shape of a plan and the opening hours speaks to them directly.

  • “The runner or sportsperson with a repeat strain”

They already know their body and ask pointed questions about the practitioner's experience with sports injuries. They compare you with the physiotherapist they use and want to hear how the two fit together, so a page written for them names the sports complaints you take.

  • “The senior with a long-standing ache and a worried family”

The patient may be sceptical while a son or daughter does the searching and the booking. The family wants to know about safety, about the other medicines the patient takes and whether the practitioner will explain kindly. Two readers, two sets of questions.

  • “The referred patient who arrives half-convinced”

A physiotherapist or doctor suggested the centre, and the patient comes carrying that introduction. They need less persuasion and more reassurance that you will coordinate. A confirmation message naming the referrer and the plan removes their last hesitation.

What we do

What we deliver for acupuncture centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Persona sheets built from your appointment records

Three to five written portraits drawn from the complaints, ages and routes of your actual patients, with the questions each one asks.

Result: You hold a document the whole team can use when writing or answering.

  2. A list of fears and the page that answers each

Each fear, such as pain, infection, cost and a long course, matched to the page or message that deals with it.

Result: Every common fear has a place on the site where it is answered.

  3. Who influences the booking

A note of the family member, doctor or colleague each persona listens to, and what that person needs to hear.

Result: You know whom else the content should be written for.

  4. Wording for the front desk by persona

Short scripts for the first call, adjusted to the questions each type of patient puts.

Result: The person answering the phone responds to the caller's actual worry.

  5. A review of the personas against real bookings

The personas checked against who actually books and revised when the records show a different mix.

Result: The personas match the patients you really have.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a persona if we only treat a few complaints?
Yes, because a narrow list of complaints still brings several kinds of patient. The desk worker and the senior with the same back pain ask different questions and trust different signals.
Where does the information come from?
From your own appointment sheet, the questions asked on calls and the referrers you work with. GullySales does not invent patients; where your records are thin, the persona says so and is revised as more bookings arrive.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
