Acupuncture centres · Website

Build a site that answers the needle question and shows the practitioner's training.

A website for an acupuncture centre is the place where a doubtful patient checks who will treat them, how needles are handled and what a first visit involves. GullySales plans and builds pages around those checks, in wording that stays within health advertising rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For acupuncture centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor arrives with a fear and leaves with an answer or a tab closed”

A person reading about acupuncture for the first time looks for three things within moments: is it clean, is the practitioner trained and what happens on day one. A site that buries them under a mission statement loses the visit.

  • “A photograph gallery of treatments does not build trust”

Rows of images of needles in skin fascinate some visitors and frighten the rest. Pages that pair a clear explanation with photographs of the room, the sealed packs and the practitioner at the desk give the nervous reader something calm to check.

  • “Phone visitors need the number at the thumb”

Searches for a nearby centre happen on a phone by someone in pain. A site where the call button, the map link and the WhatsApp button sit within reach, and where the page loads without fuss, serves them. A grand design that slows the page does not.

  • “The site must match the listing and the profiles”

If the address, hours or practitioner name on the site differ from the map listing, search engines and patients lose confidence. One set of facts, repeated exactly, is part of the build.

What we do

What we deliver for acupuncture centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A first-visit page

A page setting out arrival, questions, assessment, needling and the plan in the practitioner's voice.

Result: A nervous reader can follow the visit step by step.

  2. A practitioner page for each person

Training and registration as held, area of work and a plain account of how they practise.

Result: The reader can see who they will meet.

  3. Complaint pages

A page for each complaint you treat, describing the assessment and what the practitioner offers, with no result promised.

Result: Each complaint searched for has a page of its own.

  4. Contact options placed for phone use

Call, WhatsApp and map buttons placed where a thumb reaches, with a short booking form.

Result: A visitor can reach you in one tap.

  5. A hygiene and safety page

A plain account of single-use needles, disposal and cleaning, with photographs of the room.

Result: The infection worry is answered on the page.

  6. A claims check before launch

Every page read against the advertising rules your adviser confirms.

Result: No page goes live with a cure claim or a patient story.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many pages does the site need?
As many as there are things a patient needs to check, and no more. A first-visit page, practitioner pages and a page for each complaint treated is a sound base. GullySales plans the list with your practitioner.
Can the site show our registration number?
Show registration and training exactly as you hold them, and have your own council or adviser confirm what may be displayed. Advertising and registration rules differ by profession and state, so avoid wording that implies more than the certificate says.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
