Beauty academies · Local SEO

Be the academy a student finds first when searching beauty courses nearby.

Local SEO for a beauty academy puts your Google listing and your area pages in front of students and parents searching for a course close to home. GullySales works on the listing, the reviews and the pages that tie the academy to the places it serves.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For beauty academies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The student travels only so far”

A homemaker joining an evening batch will not cross the city, so the search that matters is the one made close to the academy. Your listing should say clearly which areas and which routes you serve.

  • “Photographs decide the click”

A listing showing a real classroom, real models and the trainer at work is chosen over a listing with a logo and a stock image. Parents also look at the entrance and the reception to judge whether the premises feel safe.

  • “Course names belong on the listing”

A listing that says only beauty academy ranks for that wording alone. Naming each course in the services section, and adding posts for each batch start, matches the specific searches students type.

  • “Reviews describe the trainer”

A review that names the trainer and the course tells the next student what to expect. A bare star rating tells them nothing. Ask past students to say what they learnt and who taught them, in their own words.

What we do

What we deliver for beauty academies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google listing set-up and clean-up

Correct name, address, hours, categories, courses as services and a photo set shot in your own classroom.

Result: The listing shows each course, the timing and real photographs.

  2. Area pages for the places you serve

Pages for the neighbourhoods your students travel from, covering how to reach the academy and which batches suit them.

Result: A student in a nearby locality finds a page written for that area.

  3. A review request routine

A short message sent to past students at the end of a course asking for a review that names the course and trainer.

Result: New reviews arrive that describe the teaching, not only the star count.

  4. Listing posts for each batch

A post for each new batch with the course, the start date and the demo class slot.

Result: The listing always shows the next batch that is open.

  5. Name, address and phone consistency check

A check that the academy's details match across Google, directories and social profiles.

Result: The same address and number appear everywhere the academy is listed.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we reply to every review?
Yes, in plain words and without defensive language. Thank the student, mention the course, and for a complaint say what you will look into. Prospective students read the replies to judge how the academy treats people.
We have two branches. Do we need two listings?
Each location that students visit needs its own listing with its own address, photographs and phone number. Give each branch its own page on the site too, listing the courses and trainers at that branch.
Can we pay for reviews or ask for only good ones?
No. Ask every past student, and do not offer rewards in exchange for a review. Check the platform's current rules on asking for and displaying reviews before running any routine.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
