Beauty parlours · Buyer persona

Know which woman books threading, which books a facial and which books a bride.

A buyer persona for a beauty parlour is a plain description of the different women who book, what each wants and what makes each choose a parlour. GullySales works on writing those personas from your own diary, so the messages and offers speak to the right customer.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

For beauty parlours

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The threading regular”

The threading regular lives nearby, comes when the service is needed and pays for little. This customer values a parlour that is open at a free hour and that remembers the name. This customer is the base of the day, and rarely the source of growth.

  • “The woman who books a facial before an occasion”

This customer wants to look fresh for a function and books when the date is near. Prices and hygiene get compared, and reviews get read. A reminder of the service before the next function suits this customer better than a general offer.

  • “The bride and the family”

The bride chooses the artist, and the mother or sister asks the questions and holds the payment. They want photographs, a trial and a clear plan for the morning. Messages written only to the bride miss the person who decides.

  • “The new resident in the apartments”

There is no parlour yet, so neighbours get asked and the phone gets searched. The new resident is open to trying one and stays with the first that treats the household well. The map listing and a welcome service reach the household.

What we do

What we deliver for beauty parlours.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Persona notes built from the diary

Short profiles of each type of customer, based on the services booked, the days they come and how they first found you.

Result: Each profile rests on bookings you can see.

  2. What each persona asks before booking

The questions each type asks, such as hygiene, price, timing, trial and parking, written out so replies are ready.

Result: Replies match what each woman wants to know.

  3. Services matched to each persona

A short note of which services to offer which type, so the facial customer is not sent the threading offer.

Result: Offers go to the customer likely to want them.

  4. Message wording per persona

Opening lines for WhatsApp and posts that suit the regular, the occasion customer, the bride's family and the new resident.

Result: Each group hears something meant for it.

  5. A yearly view by persona

Which type fills the diary in which season, so the quiet months have a plan for the right group.

Result: You know who to reach when the chairs are empty.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

  • Parlours with a mehendi and bridal corner

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many personas does a small parlour need?
Three or four are enough. Anything more becomes hard to use. Name them by what they book, such as regular, occasion, bridal family and new resident, and write only what you have seen in the diary.
Where do I find the facts for a persona?
In your own booking notes, in what customers ask at the chair, and in the messages they send. Do not copy a persona from another trade or a general article, since your neighbourhood differs from any other.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
