Eyebrow studios · Social media

Show the shaping, the process and the finish that make a customer book.

Social media marketing for an eyebrow studio is the use of Instagram and short video to show shapes, explain services and bring customers to a booking. GullySales works on what to post, how to caption it and where each post sends the viewer.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For eyebrow studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A brow is a visual purchase”

Customers decide on the face in the photograph. A clear, evenly lit image of the shape before and after, with the face shape named in the caption, tells them more than a paragraph of praise.

  • “The process clip does the selling for lamination”

A short clip of the brushing, setting and finished shape shows the hold and the care involved. The viewer who sees the steps stops asking if it is safe and starts asking for a slot.

  • “Consent decides what you may post”

A customer's face is theirs. Written consent for each image, a choice to show only the brows, and a habit of removing a post on request keep a feed trusted in a neighbourhood where everyone knows someone.

  • “A post with no next step wastes the view”

A reel that ends with a flourish and no link leaves the interested viewer to hunt for the booking page. Each post should say what to do and where the link sits.

What we do

What we deliver for eyebrow studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan by service

A set of post ideas for threading, tinting, henna, lamination and pigment work, with the face shapes and questions each one answers.

Result: Your feed covers every service you want to be asked for.

  2. A consent note for photographs

A short wording the customer signs or confirms in chat before a photograph is posted, kept with the record.

Result: Every image in the feed has a consent on file.

  3. Captions and story templates

Caption structures that name the service, the face shape, the aftercare and the booking link in plain language.

Result: Each post carries the same useful details.

  4. A reply routine for comments and messages

Saved replies for price, hold, healing and slots, with a rule on who answers and when the studio is closed.

Result: Viewers who ask in comments are answered by name.

  5. Platform reading against bookings

Reach and saves read beside the bookings that named Instagram as the source.

Result: You see which posts led to people in the chair.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the studio post healed microblading, or only fresh work?
Show both, and label them. Fresh pigment looks darker and sharper than healed work, and a viewer who sees only the first will feel misled at the chair. Healed images with consent build the trust.
How often should we post?
Post at the pace the team can keep and still reply to messages. A smaller feed with every comment answered does more for bookings than a crowded one left unattended.
Can we run paid posts?
Yes, for a named service and area. Check the platform's current advertising rules for beauty services, keep claims plain and send the viewer to a page that explains the service and shows open slots.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
