Eyebrow studios · Website

Give a brow customer one clear page for each service and a way to book.

A website for an eyebrow studio is a small set of pages that explain each service, show real work and lead to a booking on a phone. GullySales works on the page structure, the wording and the booking path.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For eyebrow studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A customer decides on a phone in a minute”

The visit happens on a small screen, between other things. A page that loads slowly, hides the price or buries the booking button loses the visitor before they reach a slot.

  • “One page called Services is not enough”

Lamination, henna and pigment work each raise their own questions. A page for each, with who it suits, how long it holds and how to prepare, answers the visitor and gives search something to show.

  • “Trust is built by showing the place and the hand”

The artist's name and training, photographs of the studio and tools, and consented shapings tell the visitor that a real, careful person will work on their face.

  • “The booking path must match the service”

A visitor who wants a short threading and a visitor who wants a pigment consultation need different slots. One generic form for both confuses the customer and the team.

What we do

What we deliver for eyebrow studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map for brows

A small set of pages: home, one for each service, the gallery, aftercare, about the artists and a booking page.

Result: A visitor reaches the service they want in one tap.

  2. Service pages with plain details

Each page explains the service, who it suits, how to prepare, what to expect and how to rebook.

Result: The common questions are answered before the visit.

  3. A gallery with consent

Photographs grouped by face and brow type, each with the customer's written consent and a note on what was done.

Result: The gallery shows real, permitted work.

  4. A booking page with split services

Short services and longer services separated, with open times, the patch-test note and a link to chat.

Result: A customer books the right length of slot.

  5. Phone-first checks

Speed, readable text, tap-sized buttons and a visible call and chat link tested on an ordinary phone.

Result: The site works for the visitor holding a phone in a queue.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we build the site ourselves?
A simple builder is enough if the pages are clear and fast. GullySales can write the structure and wording, and you can keep the pages up to date yourselves.
Should the price list be on the website?
Yes, for the services with a fixed price. A visible price saves wrong enquiries and builds trust. For pigment work, show what the consultation covers and explain how the price is set.
Do we need a blog?
Only if you will write it. A few guides on aftercare and shapes, written from the chair, are worth more than a feed of general beauty advice copied from elsewhere.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
