Integrated wellness centres · Local SEO

Be the centre that appears on the map for the neighbourhood that can reach you.

Local SEO for an integrated wellness centre decides whether the centre shows on the map when someone nearby searches for yoga, massage or stress relief. GullySales works on the Google Business Profile, the locality pages and the review flow behind that result.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For integrated wellness centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Customers come from the next few roads”

A wellness visit fits between home and work. The centre competes for people within a short drive, so the profile and the pages should name the localities that are actually reachable.

  • “A wide menu confuses the listing”

A centre listed under one loose heading loses searches for yoga, for massage and for naturopathy alike. The primary heading should match the main therapy, with the others added as services.

  • “Photographs answer the nervous first visit”

A person unsure about a new place looks at the rooms. Clean treatment rooms, the reception and the yoga hall tell them what to expect. Photographs of clients do not belong on the listing.

  • “Reviews describe the centre or only one therapist”

When every review names a single therapist, the listing reads as a person, not a centre. Asking for reviews that describe the whole visit builds the centre's own name.

What we do

What we deliver for integrated wellness centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Profile set up by therapy and service

The main heading, further headings, services and description set to match what you actually run.

Result: A profile where each therapy appears as a service.

  2. Hours and special days entered

Opening hours, last session times and festival closures kept right on the listing.

Result: A person searching in the evening sees whether you are open.

  3. A locality list and matching pages

The roads and neighbourhoods customers travel from, with a short page for the ones that matter most.

Result: A written list of localities and the pages to build.

  4. A review request at the desk

A card or message handed over at the end of the visit with the review link ready.

Result: The newest reviews come from people who attended.

  5. Replies to reviews

A written reply to each review in the centre's voice, with no health claims in the answer.

Result: Every review on the listing has a reply.

  6. Listing photographs of the rooms

A set of photographs of treatment rooms, the yoga hall and the reception, chosen to show cleanliness and calm, with no clients in frame.

Result: A listing where a first-timer can see the place before arriving.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we list every therapy under one profile?
Yes, as services under one profile if they share the address and the hours. Choose the main heading by what you do most. Check the platform's current rules on headings and names.
We have two branches. How many profiles?
One verified profile for each address, each with its own photographs, hours and phone line. Sharing one profile across two addresses weakens both listings.
Should the profile mention doctors on the team?
Only if they work at the centre and the description states what they do there. Do not imply a medical outcome. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own adviser before you name qualifications.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
