Integrated wellness centres · Website

Build a site that tells a newcomer which session to begin with.

A website for an integrated wellness centre is the place where a visitor learns who the therapists are, which session to try first and how to book it. GullySales works on the page structure, the start-here page and the booking route for phones.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For integrated wellness centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page lists everything and decides nothing”

A grid of therapies leaves the visitor to guess. A start-here page that asks the concern and names one session, fee and booking button does the deciding for them.

  • “Visitors browse on a phone, in a hurry”

A site that loads slowly or hides the booking button on a small screen loses the person who just decided. The call and WhatsApp buttons should be reachable without scrolling.

  • “Therapist pages build the trust the site needs”

A visitor wants to see who will treat them. Photographs, qualifications and approach on each profile answer that before the first message.

  • “Package terms differ between page and desk”

When the site says one thing and reception says another, the visitor trusts neither. One set of package pages, used by both, removes the argument.

What we do

What we deliver for integrated wellness centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A start-here page by concern

A page asking what the visitor wants help with and suggesting a starting session, fee and booking step.

Result: One page that routes every concern to a session.

  2. Therapy and therapist pages

A page for each main therapy and each therapist, with qualifications and approach in plain words.

Result: Every therapy and therapist has a page.

  3. Package and membership pages

Plain pages for what each package includes, its validity and its fee.

Result: One written set of package terms.

  4. A phone-first booking route

Call, WhatsApp and booking buttons placed where a thumb reaches them.

Result: A visitor can book from a phone without hunting.

  5. A health-wording read-through

Each page read for cure or outcome claims before launch.

Result: A checked site with condition questions routed to doctors.

  6. A page speed and phone check

A review of how each page loads and reads on a phone, with a list of faults in order of importance.

Result: A written list of faults to fix.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can the old one be fixed?
The old site can be reorganised around a start-here page and package pages. We read what you have before recommending a rebuild.
Who owns the site and domain?
The centre should. Register the domain and hosting in the centre's name, with logins held by the owner, so the site stays yours.
Should prices be on the site?
Starting sessions and package fees help a visitor decide, so put them on the pages. Keep the prices the same as the desk quotes, and update both together.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
