Nail studios · Website

Build a site that shows the work in a minute and books the slot in another.

A website for a nail studio is a small set of pages: a gallery by style, a price and slot-length menu, technician profiles and a booking route. GullySales works on the structure, the words and the photographs so a visitor on a phone can decide and book.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For nail studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Visitors arrive on a phone, in a hurry”

A client opening the site from Instagram wants the gallery, the price and the booking link within a scroll. A slow, heavy page or a hidden menu loses them before the first photograph loads.

  • “A gallery needs structure, not just pictures”

Sorting sets by shape, colour and occasion helps a client find a look. A single stream of images is hard to search and hides the work you are best at.

  • “The price list answers the main doubt”

Clients wonder what a set costs and how long it takes. A menu with starting prices, what is included and the slot length for each service ends the back-and-forth by message.

  • “Technician pages protect the studio”

Profiles with style notes and work samples let a client choose a person while keeping the booking inside the studio. If someone leaves, the studio's pages and links remain.

What we do

What we deliver for nail studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A gallery organised by style and occasion

Pages for shapes, finishes, nail art and bridal sets, with captions and a booking button on each.

Result: A visitor can reach a look in two taps.

  2. A service and price menu

Each service with a starting price, what it covers and how long the slot lasts, supplied by you.

Result: The menu answers cost and time without a message.

  3. Technician profile pages

A page for each person with style, samples and booking link, under the studio's name.

Result: Clients can pick a person without leaving the site.

  4. A booking route that works on a phone

A button that leads to your booking tool or WhatsApp, with the service and deposit explained.

Result: A client can request a slot from the first screen.

  5. A hygiene page

A page and short clip showing sterilisation, fresh files and station cleaning as you practise them.

Result: Nervous first-timers can see your steps.

  6. Plain, readable photographs

Guidance on light and focus, and compression so the pages load on mobile data.

Result: Photographs show true colour and load on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

  • Studios attached to a hair salon or a spa

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website if we have Instagram?
Yes. Instagram shows the work, but a site holds the prices, the hygiene page and the booking route in one place that search engines can read. It is also yours if a platform changes.
Can clients book directly on the site?
Yes, through a booking tool or a WhatsApp button that carries the service and slot length. We pick the one your front desk will answer reliably, since a booking nobody sees is worse than no button.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
