Naturopathy centres · Social media

Show the daily routine on Instagram so a family can picture the stay.

Social media marketing for a naturopathy centre means posting the real routine, the grounds and the team on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, where families and working adults look before they write. GullySales plans the posts with your doctor and sets up the route by which an enquiry from a post reaches the front desk.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For naturopathy centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Show the day, not the claim”

A reel of morning yoga, the herbal drink at the counter and a walk through the grounds tells a family what a parent will do all day. A post about benefits only invites an argument.

  • “Two audiences, two platforms”

Working adults in cities scroll Instagram, while their parents and relatives sit on Facebook and YouTube and forward things on WhatsApp. One style of post will not serve both groups. Plan each platform's posts for the person who reads them there.

  • “A guest in a treatment room is a patient”

Photographing someone in a health setting without written permission damages trust and may break the rules. Use the grounds, the food and staff who have agreed to appear. Ask first, in writing, every time. Ask first, in writing, every single time, and keep the form on file.

  • “The doctor on camera beats stock images”

A short talk from the naturopathy doctor on how a day is planned shows who supervises the stay. A stock photograph of lotus flowers says nothing about this centre, and families have seen it on every other site.

What we do

What we deliver for naturopathy centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A post plan by theme

A plan grouped by routine, food, grounds, team, therapies explained and questions answered.

Result: A sheet of planned posts the doctor can mark approved before use.

  2. A doctor review step

Any post with a health statement passes the doctor and a wording check before it goes live.

Result: The plan carries an approved column for each post.

  3. Short video scripts

Scripts for reels and YouTube clips of the doctor explaining a therapy or the cook preparing a meal.

Result: Script pages your team can film on a phone.

  4. A photograph consent form

A written consent for any guest or staff member appearing on camera.

Result: Signed forms filed against the date of the post.

  5. A route from post to enquiry

A profile link to the stay page and a WhatsApp button with a greeting that notes where the family came from.

Result: The register shows which enquiries came from social posts.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we post guests' before-and-after photos?
No. Before-and-after images read as a promise about treatment, and health advertising rules differ by profession and state. Take the wording to your own council or adviser. Show routine, food and team, and quote a guest only with written consent.
Do we need paid ads on social media?
Not to start. Posts of the real routine give families something to see when they check the profile. Paid promotion can follow once a stay page exists for it to point to, and the platform's current rules on health ads are read first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.
