Naturopathy centres · Website

Build a site that lets a family decide on a stay without phoning first.

A website for a naturopathy centre is the set of pages showing the doctors, the daily routine, the food, the rooms and how to reserve, built to be read on a phone. GullySales plans the page structure, writes the copy with your doctor and sets up the forms and tracking.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For naturopathy centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The homepage is a lobby”

The family arrives with one question, such as what a day looks like, and must reach the answer without hunting. A homepage opening on a slideshow of leaves hides it. Put the stay options and the doctor's name on the first screen.

  • “Phones carry the visit”

Adult children read between meetings and forward links. A site that loads slowly on a mobile connection or sets its text small loses them. Test every page on an ordinary phone before it goes live.

  • “Credentials must be checkable”

The doctor's qualification and registration, as issued by the relevant body, should be stated plainly. A page that names a degree vaguely invites doubt. Add the registration details the body issued, in the form it issued them.

  • “Tariff and rules are hidden”

Families hold back when the tariff, refund terms, visiting rules and the list of what to carry sit behind a phone call. State what the trust or management has approved. A family weighs the stay with the terms in front of them.

What we do

What we deliver for naturopathy centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page map

Home, stays, therapies, doctors, food, rooms, visiting, contact and questions, laid out for your approval before any writing.

Result: A diagram of pages that you approve.

  2. Copy written with the doctor

Every page drafted in plain words and read by the doctor before publication.

Result: Each page carries a note of the doctor's review.

  3. A phone-first build

Pages designed for a small screen first and checked on common phones.

Result: Open each page on a phone and read without zooming.

  4. Enquiry forms and click-to-WhatsApp

A form and a chat button that feed the same enquiry register.

Result: A test enquiry arrives in the register.

  5. A photograph brief

A shot list of grounds, rooms, dining and the team, so the images show the centre as it is.

Result: A list your photographer can work from.

  6. Tracking set-up

Analytics and Search Console linked, with calls and form sends counted.

Result: A page showing visits and enquiries by source.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online booking engine?
Not necessarily. A residential stay involves the doctor's consultation and a choice of room, so a request-and-confirm form suits better than instant payment. Online payment can be added once the process is steady, under the trust's own rules.
Should the site list therapy prices?
State what management has approved. If the trust sets fixed rates, show them as set. If packages are priced after consultation, say so plainly and explain what the consultation covers.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
