Nutritionists and dietitians · Lead generation

They ask the fee in a message and vanish when you send a number.

Lead generation for a dietitian is turning a message, a doctor's referral or a website enquiry into a discovery call and an enrolled programme. GullySales writes the replies that answer the fee question with context, structures the call itself, and sets the follow-up for the person who said they would think about it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For nutritionists and dietitians

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A fee sent on its own gets compared with an app”

A subscription app costs a few hundred rupees a month and nobody answers the phone on it. If your reply is just a figure, that is the comparison being made in the next screen.

  • “A referred patient has to be caught the same day”

Somebody walks out of a gynaecologist's room holding your number, and the intention fades by evening. Ring them rather than waiting, and tell the doctor you did.

  • “The person who cooks decides whether the plan survives”

A plan for a joint family kitchen fails when the mother-in-law or the cook was never consulted. Bring them into the first call and the programme lasts past the third week.

What we do

What we deliver for nutritionists and dietitians.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Reply templates for the fee question

Answers for Instagram, WhatsApp and the website that say what the programme contains, who delivers it and how often you meet, before any figure.

Result: Fewer people disappear after the first reply.

  2. A discovery call structure

An order for the call covering the trigger, the reports, the kitchen, the travel and the schedule, ending with what the programme will and will not do.

Result: The right people enrol, and they know what they bought.

  3. A same-day routine for doctor referrals

A named person who rings every referred patient the day the referral is made, and a two-line update back to the referring doctor afterwards.

Result: Referrals convert, and the doctor keeps sending them.

  4. The family cook brought into the first call

A question in the intake form about who cooks, and an invitation for that person to join part of the first consultation.

Result: The plan survives contact with the kitchen.

  5. A follow-up schedule for the undecided

Three dated contacts across a fortnight, each built around the reason the person gave for waiting rather than a repeated offer.

Result: Slow decisions are given time instead of being dropped.

  6. One record of enquiries, calls and enrolments

Source, condition, call date, enrolment, completion and renewal recorded against each person and reported against the baseline recorded before work starts.

Result: You can see the stage where people stop.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where enquiries come from

A nutritionist receives enquiries by message, referral and talk, and each should be logged with the concern in the client's words.

Instagram or WhatsApp message
Record the concern in the person's own words and the first question they asked. Reply with how a first consultation works and a booking link, and keep the fee conversation for the call.
Doctor's referral
Log the doctor, the clinic and whether a diagnosis or report is being shared. Thank the doctor in writing, and send a short note after the first visit with the client's consent.
Friend or relative of a client
Write down who suggested you, and what the person has heard. Do not mention the first client's progress, since that belongs to them.
Website booking form
Note the goal, the age and any medical condition declared. Reply with the preparation for the first visit, such as recent blood reports and a day's food diary.
Corporate or gym talk attendee
Record the event, the question asked and a time to speak. Contact only those who asked, and offer a short call instead of a package.
Parent enquiring for a child
Log the parent as the contact and the child's age. Ask who prepares the child's food at home, and book a visit that includes the parent and the cook.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the lead generation work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the fee be on the website?
A starting figure, yes. It filters out people who were never going to enrol and it makes your reply to everyone else easier. The final figure still depends on the length of the programme and how often you meet.
How many follow-ups before we give up on an enquiry?
Three across a fortnight, then a line in the record saying why it stopped. People with a new diagnosis take weeks to act. A practice that writes them off after one message loses the ones who were nearly ready.
Someone asks for a diet chart on WhatsApp without a consultation. What do we do?
Say politely that a plan needs an assessment first, including health history and food habits, and offer a booking. A chart without that can be unsuitable. Record the message so you can see how many such requests arrive.
How do we tell which Instagram post actually brought a booking?
Ask at the first call how they found you and note the post or reel if they remember. Add a source line to every enquiry. Likes tell you little. A named post tells you what to make again.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
