Professional makeup artists · Website

Give a bride one page that shows your work and ends with a clear way to enquire.

A website for a makeup artist is a small, clear site that holds your portfolio, your terms and a way to send a date. GullySales plans and builds it so a bride who comes from Instagram or a photographer finds answers without a long chat.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Makeup artists: show a real physical business scene illustrating Enquiry and date holds. Record each enquiry with the date, the venue and the functions wanted, and put a firm hold on the calendar the moment the advance arrives.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For professional makeup artists

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A portfolio that loads slowly loses the bride”

Brides open your site on a phone, sometimes while travelling. Large unoptimised photographs make the page crawl, and the bride returns to Instagram. Compressed images and a simple layout keep the work in front of the bride.

  • “The booking form should ask what you need”

A form that asks for the date, the venue, the number of people and the ceremony gives you what the first reply needs. A form with a single message box returns a vague enquiry that costs another round of messages.

  • “Terms stated plainly build trust”

What the advance secures, how cancellation works, what travel costs and what the trial covers should sit on the site in plain words. A bride who has read them arrives ready, and an uncomfortable conversation about money gets shorter.

  • “Consent applies to every photograph on the page”

A site is public and lasts longer than a story. Keep a record of each bride's agreement to publish the photographs, and remove any on request. A bride who finds an unapproved photograph on a page remembers it.

What we do

What we deliver for professional makeup artists.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page plan

A list of pages: home, bridal looks by style, other work, about, terms and enquire.

Result: A clear map of what the site holds.

  2. A portfolio sorted by style and skin tone

Photographs grouped by ceremony and complexion, each with a short caption and consent on record.

Result: A bride can find a look close to their own.

  3. An enquiry form for dates

A short form asking date, venue, party size and ceremony, sent to your WhatsApp or email.

Result: Every enquiry arrives with the details a reply needs.

  4. A terms and trial page

Plain wording on trial, advance, cancellation and travel.

Result: A bride reads the terms before the first call.

  5. A phone-first layout

A design checked on small screens, with light images and large buttons.

Result: The site works for a bride on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do I need a website if I have Instagram?
A site gives you a page you control, a place for terms and a way to be found by search. Instagram stays the shop window. We build the site to point to your profile and the profile to point back.
Can the site take payments for the advance?
It can link to a payment method used in India, but we keep it simple and let you decide. Some artists take the advance by a direct bank transfer or UPI and confirm in a message. We set up what you are comfortable with.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
