Sports coaching academies · Website

Give a parent the timetable, the fee and a trial booking on one screen.

A website for a sports academy is the place a parent checks timings, coaches, fees and safety before visiting the ground. GullySales works on the structure, the content and the booking path so the site answers a parent's first questions on a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For sports coaching academies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Parents open it on a phone, standing somewhere else”

A parent looks at the site on a phone while a child is at school or in a queue. A page that needs zooming or hides the timetable in an attachment loses that parent. The first screen has to show sport, age, timing and a way to book.

  • “Fees hidden behind a phone call lose the parent”

An academy that will not state fees puts the parent into a call before they know whether they can afford it. Parents then look elsewhere. Showing the fee structure, with what it covers, treats the parent as an adult.

  • “Safety information is what the parent looks for”

Who supervises, what happens in an injury, how pickup is handled and where children change are questions behind every enquiry. A section answering them in plain words does more than a gallery of trophies.

  • “A site that is never updated looks closed”

A camp page for a year that has passed, or a coach who left, makes a parent wonder whether the academy still runs. Someone must own the content and change it when batches change.

What we do

What we deliver for sports coaching academies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page structure

Home, one page per sport, coaches, ground and directions, camps, fees and a booking page.

Result: A parent finds what they need in one or two taps.

  2. Timetable and fee tables

Batch timings and fees written as text tables that read well on a phone.

Result: A parent sees the batch and the fee without calling.

  3. Trial booking form

A short form asking the child's age, sport, school timing and preferred day, sending the details to the coordinator.

Result: Booking a trial takes the parent a minute.

  4. Safety and policies page

A clear statement of supervision, first aid, pickup, kit and parent conduct.

Result: Parents can read how the academy cares for their child.

  5. Update routine

A short checklist for who changes the timetable, camp dates and results, and when.

Result: The site stays correct when the ground changes.

  6. Child image rules

A rule that no child appears on the site without a recorded parent permission.

Result: The site does not expose any family that has not agreed.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we build a website or use only social pages?
A social page is useful, but timings and fees get lost in the feed and it is hard to find by search. A small site gives you a stable address for the listing and for ads, and we can start modestly.
Can parents pay fees on the site?
That is possible with a payment provider in ordinary use in India, but it is a separate decision. We first make the site answer questions and book trials, then discuss payment with your accountant.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
