Sports rehabilitation centres · Digital marketing

Plan search, social, referrals and replies as one route from niggle to booking.

Digital marketing for a sports rehabilitation centre joins search, social media, the website and message replies into a single route from an athlete's first search to a booked assessment. GullySales sets priorities by what your own records show.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For sports rehabilitation centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The channels are checked together”

An athlete may see a post, search the clinic's name, read the profile and then message. If any one of these is weak, the booking is lost even though the others worked.

  • “Referrals still come first”

For a clinic that relies on surgeons and coaches, digital work supports the referral. A referrer looks up the clinic online before sending anyone, so the site and profile must hold up.

  • “Spend follows spare capacity”

Pushing a campaign for hamstring injuries when therapists have no free slots wastes the enquiry. Plan activity around the conditions and times where the clinic can take new patients.

  • “Measurement starts at the front desk”

Clicks do not show who booked. The enquiry sheet, with source recorded at every call, tells you which channel produced assessments and which produced completed courses.

What we do

What we deliver for sports rehabilitation centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel priorities from your records

A ranked list of channels based on where your last patients came from, with reasons.

Result: You can see why each channel is on or off the plan.

  2. Funnel map from search to assessment

A diagram of each step an athlete takes, with the page or message at each step.

Result: Every step has an owner and a page.

  3. Capacity-led campaign plan

A plan that links activity to the injuries and times where therapist slots are open.

Result: Campaign topics match the free appointments.

  4. Source tracking set-up

Call and form tracking, with a source question at the front desk, feeding one sheet.

Result: Assessments are counted by source.

  5. Review of ads and tools

A check of the ad accounts, analytics and tools you hold, with unused ones listed.

Result: You know what you pay for and use.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these sports rehabilitation centres.

  • Physiotherapy-led sports injury clinics

  • Return-to-play programmes for cricketers, footballers and runners
  • Strength and conditioning-led rehabilitation centres
  • Clinics based inside gyms, stadiums or sports complexes
  • Rehabilitation for school and club academies
  • Hydrotherapy and recovery studios for active adults

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small clinic start?
With the Business Profile, the enquiry reply and one page per main injury. Those cost little and fix gaps patients meet first. Ads and larger campaigns come after.
Do we need a large ad budget?
No fixed amount is right. We suggest a modest test aimed at one injury or event, and look at assessments booked before adding more.
How do we judge success?
By assessments booked and full courses completed, counted by source. Followers and visits alone are not the test.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
