Stress management centres · Social media

Calm posts earn a follow; loud ones earn a scroll.

Social media marketing for a stress management centre is the habit of posting plain, useful talk about pressure so that a viewer comes to trust the voice before they need it. GullySales works on the post types, the tone and the private route from a post to a booking.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For stress management centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Dramatic posts push the right viewer away”

Posts about breakdowns and burnout in bold lettering make a stressed viewer feel worse. A quiet post on how to prepare for a hard week reads as help, and brings the viewer back.

  • “Followers do not book from a public comment”

Nobody writes about their own stress under a post. The post needs a private next step, such as a WhatsApp link, or the interest stays silent and unmeasured.

  • “Platforms differ in who is watching”

LinkedIn carries the HR head and the manager, while Instagram and short video reach students and parents. One message copied to all of them suits none.

  • “Client stories are a trap”

A story that shows how a person felt before and after can identify them and reads as a clinical claim. Posts about the method, not the person, protect both the viewer and the centre.

What we do

What we deliver for stress management centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A tone guide for every post

A short written guide on the voice, the words to avoid and how to mention the limits of the centre.

Result: Anyone posting writes in one voice.

  2. A set of post types for each platform

Explainers on LinkedIn for working people and short talks for students and parents, each with a plain call to book.

Result: Each platform has its own kind of post.

  3. A private route from post to booking

A WhatsApp link or short form named in each post, with a reply in the same calm tone.

Result: A viewer can respond without commenting in public.

  4. A rule on stories and images

Written rules that no client is named or shown, that images avoid distress, and that stories describe methods.

Result: The team knows what never goes on the page.

  5. A review of posts against bookings

Each post type read against enquiries to see which kinds bring a booking and which only bring likes.

Result: You know which posts to repeat.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we post every day?
Post at the rhythm your team can keep in the same calm voice. A stressed viewer notices when the tone changes, and a gap with steady posts is better than a run of rushed ones.
Can we post breathing exercises?
Short exercises that are safe to try are reasonable if a qualified person has written them. Add a line saying they are not a replacement for seeing a doctor. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own council or adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
