Tattoo studios · Website

Give the portfolio, the hygiene proof and the booking route a home you control.

A website for a tattoo studio is the owned place where your artists' work, your hygiene practice and your booking route sit together. GullySales works on the pages, the portfolio structure and the enquiry form so a visitor can decide and book.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For tattoo studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The portfolio is the product”

A visitor judges the studio by its work and by the artist. A site that buries photographs in one gallery, with no artist or style labels, makes the buyer scroll without learning anything. Pages by artist and style help them choose.

  • “Hygiene has to be visible, not claimed”

Saying the studio is clean convinces nobody. A page showing single-use needles, the sterilisation routine and the licence details, with photographs of the actual stations, answers the question a nervous visitor will not ask aloud.

  • “A phone is the only screen that matters”

Visitors arrive from Instagram on a phone. A slow gallery, tiny buttons or a form that needs a laptop loses them. Pages must load easily and the booking button must be reachable with one thumb.

  • “The enquiry form decides the first conversation”

A blank contact box invites a vague message. A short form asking for the idea, placement, size and reference images means the artist reads a complete brief and can reply with something useful.

What we do

What we deliver for tattoo studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Artist and style pages

A page for each artist and each main style, with fresh and healed work, captions and a booking link.

Result: A visitor can find the artist who fits.

  2. A hygiene and licence page

A plain page with photographs of the station, the sterilisation routine and the studio's licence details.

Result: The safety question is answered on the site.

  3. A tattoo-specific enquiry form

Fields for idea, placement, size, reference images, preferred artist and age confirmation.

    Result: Artists receive complete briefs.

  4. Aftercare and first-timer pages

Pages for preparation, the session, aftercare and common worries, written plainly.

    Result: Nervous visitors find reassurance.

  5. A phone-first layout

Pages built for a small screen, with a visible booking button and readable captions.

Result: Visitors from Instagram can book without friction.

  6. A basic count of visits and enquiries

A record of visits, form submissions and the pages that preceded each.

Result: You see which pages lead to bookings.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we use Instagram as our website?
You can start there, but a site you own holds your hygiene details, licence and booking route in a form search engines read. An account can be changed or lost by the platform; your own site cannot.
How many photographs should the gallery hold?
Enough to show each artist's range, and no more than a visitor will look through. Quality, labelling and healed examples matter more than quantity. Remove anything that does not represent the work you want to do.
Do we need an online booking calendar?
Only if you can keep it accurate. A form that leads to a consult booking is enough for a studio. A live calendar that shows false availability does more harm than a clear request form.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
