Wellness retreats · Website

Put the dates, rooms, fees and the road on the page, and a way to pay a deposit.

A website for a wellness retreat is the one place where a guest can read the programme, check the dates and fee, and start a booking. GullySales works on the pages, the booking path and the clarity of the information.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For wellness retreats

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The page looks calm and says little”

Full-screen photographs and a word like transformation leave the guest with no facts. The guest needs the dates, the room types, the daily schedule, the teachers, the food and what is included. Calm design should carry facts, not replace them.

  • “The deposit step is where guests stop”

A guest who wants to book finds a form with no fee, no terms and no confirmation. Show the deposit, the balance and the cancellation terms before the form, and confirm in writing after it.

  • “A phone is the main screen”

Guests open the page on a phone at night, on a slow connection in a hill town. Heavy video and large images load badly. A light page that opens at once keeps the visitor reading.

  • “Old dates linger”

A page that still lists a retreat that has already happened looks neglected and wastes the visitor's time. The structure should make it easy to retire a date and show the next one.

What we do

What we deliver for wellness retreats.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each retreat and date

Programme pages with schedule, rooms, food, teachers, travel and dates, each with its own link.

Result: Each retreat can be found, read and shared on its own.

  2. A booking and deposit path

A form, deposit step and confirmation message with the cancellation terms in plain words.

Result: A guest can ask for a room and pay a deposit without writing an email.

  3. Mobile-first layout

Pages built to read well on a phone and to load without heavy files.

Result: The page opens and reads on a phone in a hill town.

  4. Group and offsite page

A page for organisers with a sample schedule, room plan and quote request.

Result: An organiser can request a quote from the site.

  5. An easy way to update dates

A structure where you can add a date, close a full one and change a fee yourself.

Result: Your team keeps the dates current without a developer.

  6. Contact and trust details

The retreat's address, a map, a person to ask and the terms, placed where a guest looks.

Result: A visitor can see who runs the place and how to reach them.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these wellness retreats.

  • Yoga and meditation retreats in hill and forest settings
  • Ayurveda and panchakarma-based residential retreats
  • Detox and naturopathy retreats
  • Weekend wellness retreats near cities for working professionals
  • Silent and spiritual retreats
  • Women-only and couple retreats
  • Corporate offsite and team wellness retreats
  • Retreats that host international guests, for example in Kerala, Goa or Rishikesh

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site take payments online?
If you want a deposit step, yes, through a payment provider in ordinary use in India. You hold the account and agree the terms. We set up the path and you check the settlement.
Can we keep our listing page as well?
Yes. The listing and your site serve different guests. Your own site gives you the guest's details and a booking you control, so we build it to work beside the listing.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
