Window, door and glass companies · Branding

Two quotes look identical, so be the company the buyer trusts.

Branding for a window, door or glass company is what a buyer leans on when the two quotes read the same. The surveyor who explained the glass, the sample corner in the bag, the document that looked like a company wrote it. GullySales settles that presentation and puts it on the quote, the van and the handover.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For window, door and glass companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • You sell something nobody can inspect

Profile thickness, reinforcement and hardware are hidden inside the frame. Everything the buyer can judge is the surveyor, the document and the site you showed them.

  • The system brand is borrowed credibility

Naming the profile or glass you fabricate helps, and it is not yours. Yours is the fixing, the finish and who turns up in the monsoon.

  • An architect wants a corner section, not a brochure

A sample in the hand, with the gasket and the reinforcement visible, does what no printed sheet will do.

What we do

What we deliver for window, door and glass companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A quote document that shows what is inside the frame

Profile thickness, reinforcement, glass type, hardware brand, mesh and warranty set out as lines, so the buyer can see what a cheaper quote left out.

Result: Your price stops being the only difference visible.

  2. A sample kit for site visits and architect calls

A corner section, glass samples, a hardware piece and the section drawings, carried by the surveyor and left with practices you visit.

Result: The conversation happens with the product in hand.

  3. Van, crew and site presentation settled once

Lettered vehicle, shirts, identity cards and a rule for how a site is left at the end of each day.

Result: The neighbours watching the installation see a company.

  4. The system relationship stated correctly

What your fabricator or dealer agreement allows you to claim about the systems you use, confirmed with the supplier before it goes on a board or a quote.

Result: Nothing on your signage has to come down later.

  5. A handover pack for the customer

Warranty terms, care instructions, whom to call, and what happens if something leaks in the first monsoon, handed over on the day.

Result: The customer keeps your number instead of searching for one.

  6. One description of the company used everywhere

The same few lines on what you fabricate, how long you have worked and which projects you have delivered, used on the site, the listing and every proposal.

Result: Buyers hear one story wherever they check.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

  • uPVC window and door fabricators

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for window, door and glass companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how enquiries turn into site visits, how quotes are sent and followed up, and where builders and architects already know you.

  2. 2

    Fix the quote follow-up

A tracker from site visit to order, a quote comparison sheet, and a call schedule after every quote.

  3. 3

    Build the proof

Problem pages, a gallery of finished installations and an architect kit with sections and samples.

  4. 4

    Bring in the right work

Local search and seasonal ads for homeowners, specifier visits for architects, and a project document for builders.

  5. 5

    Close the loop after handover

A review request and photographs after every installation, and a service call before the next monsoon.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the board carry the profile brand or our own name?
Your name first, with the systems you fabricate underneath. The buyer is choosing an installer, and the brand does not come back when a roller sticks. What your agreement allows on signage is worth confirming with the supplier.
Do we need a showroom to look credible?
Not always. A sample corner in the surveyor's bag and photographs of three finished homes do most of the work. A showroom earns its rent on premium aluminium, where the buyer wants to slide the window before paying for it.
How do we explain why our uPVC window costs more than a cheaper quote?
Put the difference on paper. A comparison sheet showing profile thickness, reinforcement, glass type and hardware brand next to each quote lets the homeowner see what the other quote left out.
Should we charge for a site measurement visit?
Many fabricators keep it free and adjust the charge against the order, since a paid visit reduces enquiries. What matters more is that every visit is followed up, which is where most orders are lost.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
