Window, door and glass companies · Reputation management

Your reviews get written in the monsoon, about service nobody gave.

Reputation for a window, door or glass company is settled after handover. A sill that leaks in the first rain, a roller that sticks, a service call nobody attended. GullySales sets up monitoring, the service routine behind it, and a review request at the moment the customer is actually pleased.

A statue plinth seen close: the bronze figure implied only by its feet and the hem of its drapery above the top of the frame, one face of the stone pedestal scrubbed pale and the other still grimy and carrying a scrawl of paint, with a pressure hose coiled on the steps beside a bucket, brushes and cloths

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For window, door and glass companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The first monsoon is the real handover

A window fitted in April is judged in June. Whether somebody attends that leak call decides the review, and it decides the neighbour's enquiry too.

  • The snag list is a review written in private

A builder's project manager keeps a list of what your crew left undone. He never posts it, and he awards the next tower on it.

  • A hardware failure reads as a bad installation

A roller or a handle that gives out after two years is a component. The customer writes about the company that fitted it.

What we do

What we deliver for window, door and glass companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Monitoring on Maps, Google and local groups

Reviews and mentions checked on a routine across the places a homeowner or an association looks, with anything new sent to the person who can act.

Result: A complaint is answered while it can still be fixed.

  2. A written service standard after handover

What is attended under warranty, how quickly, and what happens in the first monsoon, given to the customer at handover rather than argued about later.

Result: The customer knows who to call, so they call you.

  3. A pre-monsoon service round

A call or visit to past installations in April and May, checking sills, drainage and sealant before the rain finds them.

Result: The leak complaint never reaches a review page.

  4. A reply routine for a leak complaint

A short public reply that says somebody is attending, gives a name and number, and leaves the diagnosis for the site rather than the comment box.

Result: The next reader sees a company that turns up.

  5. Review requests at handover and after a service call

The request made in person when the installation is clean and working, and again after a service visit that went well.

Result: The review is written while the window is new and quiet.

  6. Snag lists closed and signed on projects

A written snag closure for every builder and architect project, signed off before the crew leaves site and kept on file.

Result: The next tender is argued from a signed document.

  7. A monthly summary of reviews and their causes

New reviews, the rating, the reply rate and whether complaints were about leaks, hardware or delays, against the starting position.

Result: You can see whether fabrication or service is the problem.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for window, door and glass companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how enquiries turn into site visits, how quotes are sent and followed up, and where builders and architects already know you.

  2. 2

    Fix the quote follow-up

A tracker from site visit to order, a quote comparison sheet, and a call schedule after every quote.

  3. 3

    Build the proof

Problem pages, a gallery of finished installations and an architect kit with sections and samples.

  4. 4

    Bring in the right work

Local search and seasonal ads for homeowners, specifier visits for architects, and a project document for builders.

  5. 5

    Close the loop after handover

A review request and photographs after every installation, and a service call before the next monsoon.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

A customer says our window leaks. What do we say publicly?
Say somebody is attending, give a name and a number, then go and look. Most leaks come from the sill, the sealant line or the civil work around the frame, and that gets settled on site. A public argument settles nothing.
Should we chase builders and project managers for reviews?
They will not write one. What they hand over instead is the next tower, so collect a signed snag closure and a reference they are willing to give by phone.
How do we explain why our uPVC window costs more than a cheaper quote?
Put the difference on paper. A comparison sheet showing profile thickness, reinforcement, glass type and hardware brand next to each quote lets the homeowner see what the other quote left out.
Should we charge for a site measurement visit?
Many fabricators keep it free and adjust the charge against the order, since a paid visit reduces enquiries. What matters more is that every visit is followed up, which is where most orders are lost.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
