Sales management · Performance evaluation
Make every rep's week visible without standing over anyone's shoulder.
Sales visibility rituals are the fixed routines that let an owner see what the team did and what is coming: a weekly meeting, a call plan, a scoreboard and a few spot checks. This page sets out each routine, who runs it, and the one-page sheet that keeps it honest.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph
Sales visibility rituals are the fixed routines that let an owner see what the team did and what is coming: a weekly meeting, a call plan, a scoreboard and a few spot checks. This page sets out each routine, who runs it, and the one-page sheet that keeps it honest.
The owner of a tile dealership in Hubballi has four field reps and one WhatsApp group. Every evening the reps post a photo of a shop front and the word 'done'. By Friday the owner cannot say which builders were met twice and which were never met.
Visibility is not surveillance. It is a handful of routines that put the same four facts in front of everyone at the same time: who was planned, who was met, what was promised, and what is stuck. A rep who can see the scoreboard stops needing to be chased.
The sales manager runs the routines, and the owner attends one of them. They replace the daily phone round, the end-of-month panic and the guesswork about whether a quiet rep is working or hiding.
It sits next to the pipeline review, which looks at deals, and next to the performance review, which looks at one person. These routines are the weekly rhythm underneath both.

The work
What this is actually like.
“A meeting without a sheet becomes a story hour”
Each rep brings the same one-page sheet: calls planned, calls made, quotes sent, orders expected, and the one thing blocking them. Without the sheet the best talker fills the time and the quiet rep with the real problem says nothing.
“Location proof is a trust decision”
WhatsApp live location or a GPS check-in from the CRM app shows that a visit happened. It does not show that the visit was any good. Tell the team what it is used for and what it is not, or they will find ways around it.
“Spot-check call reports, not every report”
Pick two reports a week at random and ring the customer for two minutes. You learn whether the report is true, and the reps learn that any report might be read. It costs ten minutes and replaces a mountain of reading.
“A scoreboard shows the wrong thing if it shows only revenue”
Revenue arrives late and depends on the month. Put a lead measure beside it, such as visits to new accounts or callbacks closed. Reps can change those this week, and it is the week you are trying to manage.
What we do
What you end up with.
The documents this topic produces, what each one is for, and how you know it is finished.
The weekly sales meeting agenda
A fixed forty-five-minute agenda: last week's sheet, this week's call plan, two stuck deals, one thing learned. Run by the sales manager, held on the same day at the same hour.
Result: Finished when a rep who joined last month knows what they must bring before they are told.
The weekly call plan
A sheet per rep listing the customers to meet, the purpose of each visit and the order of the route. Sent on Sunday evening or Monday morning, filled by the rep and approved by the manager.
Result: Finished when every visit has a stated purpose other than 'regular call'.
The scoreboard
One board, on a wall or in a shared sheet, with a row per rep and columns for the lead measures and the revenue to date against target. Updated by each rep before the sales meeting.
Result: Finished when the numbers match the invoice register for the same dates.
The spot-check log
Date, rep, report checked, customer rung, what the customer said, matched or not. Kept by the manager, two entries a week.
Result: Finished when a mismatch has been discussed with the rep within the same week.
The callback tracker
A list of every customer who asked to be called back, with the promised date. Cleared in the sales meeting, row by row.
Result: Finished when no row is older than its promised date without a reason written next to it.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
One office, and we say so
