CRM, lead flow and sales techniques · Inbound selling: connect
Write the first call down so every rep opens it the same way.
Connect call scripts are short approved wording for the first contact with a lead: a fresh enquiry, a late reply, an unnamed company, and a referral. Each ends with an offer to talk properly. The page gives the structure, the three branches, and how to adapt it into your buyers' language.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph
Connect call scripts are short approved wording for the first contact with a lead: a fresh enquiry, a late reply, an unnamed company, and a referral. Each ends with an offer to talk properly. The page gives the structure, the three branches, and how to adapt it into your buyers' language.
A tuition centre in Lucknow gets fifty enquiries after the board results. One rep opens every call with "Hello, how can I help you?" and loses the parent in ten seconds. Another opens with the form the parent filled at midnight and the child's name, and gets a visit booked.
A script is a few lines per situation, not a speech. You need four: a fresh lead who just enquired, a lead you are replying to late (remind them what they did), a company that visited but never wrote, and a person you were referred to. Add a voicemail, and the WhatsApp message that follows it, referring to the exact enquiry.
Every script has three branches. The prospect says "tell me more", or raises an objection, or hangs up. Write what the rep says in each case, in the language the buyer speaks: Hindi, Tamil, Kannada or English, as the lead came. Keep the wording simple enough for the rep to say it without reading.
The sales head writes and approves the scripts and the reps practise them in pairs. They replace improvised openings. They stop at booking the proper call; the exploratory call opener and rubric pick up from there.

If you want this done for you
Every rep says something different on the same call.
The work
What this is actually like.
“The pre-call minute decides the call”
Before dialling, the rep opens the record: what they asked for, which page, what city, what role. A caller who sounds like they have read the form gets thirty seconds more of the lead's patience. A caller who asks them to repeat it gets none.
“A voicemail is a promise of a second contact”
Say who you are, what they asked for and when you will message, and stop. Keep it short enough to say in one breath. Then send exactly the WhatsApp message you promised, because people check the second contact against the first.
“Scripts in the wrong language sound like scripts”
A translated English script reads as read. Have a native speaker on the team rewrite it as they would say it on the phone, including the honorifics. Test it on a colleague who has never seen it.
“The hang-up branch is where trust is kept”
When a prospect says "not now", the right close is to ask when and say you will send one useful note, not to argue. A courteous exit leaves the lead alive for the next cycle. A pushed one gets your number blocked.
What we do
What you end up with.
The documents this topic produces, what each one is for, and how you know it is finished.
The pre-call checklist
What the rep checks before dialling: the enquiry, the company site, the role, past CRM history, one fact worth mentioning. A single card kept at the desk.
Result: Finished when a rep can complete it in two minutes.
The four scripts
Fresh enquiry, late reply, anonymous company interest, referral. Each: opening line, reason for calling, the question that moves to the next call, the three branches. Written by the sales head in the buyer's language.
Result: Finished when each script has been role-played three times with someone who played a hard buyer.
The voicemail and WhatsApp pair
One voicemail wording and one WhatsApp message for each script, naming the enquiry. The rep sends the message within minutes of the call.
Result: Finished when the message and the voicemail agree on what happens next.
The connect log
Rows for each attempt: minutes since the enquiry, connected, action referred to, voicemail left, message sent, next step agreed. Two weeks of results reviewed by the sales head.
Result: Finished when you can name the script that turns connects into booked calls most reliably.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
