CRM, lead flow and sales techniques · Inbound selling: connect
Bring every enquiry into one inbox and call back within five minutes.
A five minute response drill is a four-week practice in which every inbound enquiry is called back as fast as the team can manage, with the minutes logged. It needs one inbox for every channel, instant alerts and a named person on duty. It ends in a comparison against your old response times.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph
A five minute response drill is a four-week practice in which every inbound enquiry is called back as fast as the team can manage, with the minutes logged. It needs one inbox for every channel, instant alerts and a named person on duty. It ends in a comparison against your old response times.
A modular kitchen showroom in Hyderabad gets enquiries from a Facebook form, the website, Justdial, a missed call on the showroom number and a WhatsApp message on the owner's personal phone. The Justdial lead is read at six in the evening. By then the customer has booked a visit with a competitor who rang within the hour.
The drill has five steps. First, record your baseline: for recent enquiries, how many minutes passed before the first call and how many leads were reached. Second, build the channel map and route every channel to one inbox or one shared sheet with an alert on the phone of whoever is on duty. Third, roster a responder for every business hour and test the alert by sending yourself an enquiry.
Fourth, run the drill for four weeks. The on-duty rep calls each lead and writes down the minutes, whether they connected and whether the lead qualified. If nobody picks up, the rep leaves a short voicemail that names what the lead did, and sends the message they promised.
The sales head runs it and the owner approves the roster. It replaces the habit of answering when somebody notices. At the end you compare against the baseline and decide whether the drill stays. The connect call scripts page covers what to say once someone answers.

If you want this done for you
The deal lives in a salesperson's personal WhatsApp and leaves when he does.
The work
What this is actually like.
“The slowest channel is the one on a personal phone”
Any enquiry that lands on a founder's own WhatsApp is read when the founder is free. Move the number to a WhatsApp Business account on a shared device or a shared inbox, and take it off the personal handset.
“Speed is not the same as pressure”
A call in two minutes with a fumbling opening is worse than one in six with the form open. Give the rep thirty seconds to look at the enquiry before dialling. The drill measures minutes, but the script still decides the outcome.
“Rosters fail at lunch and on Saturdays”
Missed leads arrive when the responder is eating, in a meeting or off. Write the roster by half hour and name a backup for each slot. Test it on a Saturday before you trust it.
“Not every fast call is a good call”
Do not call a lead who wrote at midnight and asked to be contacted in the morning. Record the stated preference in the log and honour it. Calling outside the hours a person asked for costs you the lead.
What we do
What you end up with.
The documents this topic produces, what each one is for, and how you know it is finished.
The channel map
A list of every place an enquiry can arrive, with the owner of that channel and how long it takes to reach the team today. The sales head fills it by sending a test enquiry through each channel.
Result: Finished when every channel on the map has been tested with a real message.
The routing and alert set-up
One inbox, shared sheet or CRM view receiving every channel, with a phone alert for the person on duty. The CRM admin builds it, or the owner does with a form tool.
Result: Finished when a test enquiry from each channel rings the on-duty phone within a minute.
The duty roster
A grid of business hours down the side and days across, with one primary responder and one backup in every cell, and the written target in minutes at the top.
Result: Finished when no cell is empty, including Saturday and lunch.
The four-week lead log and report
Rows: lead, channel, time arrived, time of first call, connected yes or no, qualified yes or no. At the end, compare reached and qualified rates against your baseline.
Result: Finished when you can state the minutes, reach rate and qualified rate for the drill and for the baseline.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
