Astrologers · Digital marketing

Build a practice that families return to, not a following.

Digital marketing for an astrologer is the plan that decides what you publish, how enquiries are answered and how past families stay in touch. GullySales writes it around your tradition and your languages, keeps fear-based content out of it, and reports each month on consultations rather than on views.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For astrologers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The practice grows by occasion, not by audience

A family that came for a match returns for a naming and a house warming. That return is worth more than ten thousand views.

  • Referrals from priests outweigh any channel

The priest conducting the ceremony is asked for a name, so that relationship belongs in the plan with everything else.

  • The calendar is the panchanga

Marriage months, the regional new year and the inauspicious weeks decide when enquiries come, and the plan follows them.

What we do

What we deliver for astrologers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan built on your consultations and languages

Which occasions you want more of, which languages they come in, and what is published, sent or asked for each one.

Result: Effort goes to the consultations you actually want.

  2. A year set to the regional calendar

Matching enquiries before the wedding months, panchanga content at the regional new year, and quieter weeks used to reach past families.

Result: You are visible when families are deciding.

  3. A written rule about what you will not publish

No promised outcome, no remedy sold on fear, no claim about another practitioner, agreed once so every page and post follows it.

Result: Your content cannot be mistaken for a dosha scare video.

  4. A referral routine for priests and bureaus

A short introduction for temples, priests, marriage bureaus and wedding halls, with a record of who sends families and a way to thank them.

Result: You can see which relationships bring consultations.

  5. A monthly report on enquiries and sittings

Enquiries by source and occasion, reply time, consultations given and families who returned, measured against the figures from the first review.

Result: You know what brings families, not just what brings views.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for astrologers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how families find you, how quickly birth details on WhatsApp are answered, how the consultation fee is explained and what is said about you online.

  2. 2

    Explain the services

A page for each consultation, such as a horoscope match or a muhurta, stating what is included, the time it takes and the fee, in the languages your families speak.

  3. 3

    Make booking easy

A WhatsApp intake for birth details, a booking calendar, online payment for families abroad and a confirmation message.

  4. 4

    Be found respectfully

A complete local listing, calm explanatory content with no fear-based claims, and introductions to priests and temples.

  5. 5

    Stay with the family

A record of each family's occasions, with consented reminders for anniversaries, naming ceremonies and annual consultations.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we be on a consultation app as well?
It brings quick questions at a per-minute rate and rarely the serious matters. Use it if you want the volume, but keep your own page and number where the marriage matches arrive.
How much of this needs to be in our language?
Most of what builds trust. English pages help families find you, and the videos and replies in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu or Hindi are what the elders judge you on.
Can we advertise remedies, gemstones or pujas with results?
We will not write outcome promises. Claims that a remedy will bring marriage, wealth or health can be treated as misleading under the Consumer Protection Act and the Central Consumer Protection Authority's guidelines on misleading advertisements. We describe what you offer and let the family decide.
How do we compete with astrology apps?
Not on price per minute. Families use apps for quick questions, then look for someone they know by name when a marriage match is at stake. A page that shows your tradition and years of practice, and a reply the same day, wins those consultations.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
