Astrologers · Reputation management

A review should describe the sitting, never the outcome.

Reputation for an astrologer rests on how families describe the consultation: the patience, the clarity and the time given to their questions. GullySales sets up a review ask that keeps results out of it, drafts a calm reply to an unhappy family, and watches the listings.

A statue plinth seen close: the bronze figure implied only by its feet and the hem of its drapery above the top of the frame, one face of the stone pedestal scrubbed pale and the other still grimy and carrying a scrawl of paint, with a pressure hose coiled on the steps beside a bucket, brushes and cloths

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For astrologers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A review promising results becomes a claim

Wording about a marriage fixed or a problem solved reads as an outcome claim on your page, which is exactly what consumer rules are aimed at.

  • Families are discreet about why they came

Nobody wants a public note about a delayed marriage or an illness, so the ask has to be for the experience alone.

  • Elders check the reviews their children found

A page of short, calm reviews mentioning patience does more with parents than a wall of praise about predictions.

What we do

What we deliver for astrologers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A review ask worded for the experience

A short message sent after a consultation the family found useful, asking about the sitting and the explanation rather than about what happened afterwards.

Result: Reviews describe you without promising anybody anything.

  2. A reply routine for an unhappy family

A drafted, calm response that offers to speak privately and says nothing about the family's matter or their chart in public.

Result: A difficult review is answered without a public argument.

  3. Privacy rules for names and charts

A written rule that no birth details, photographs or family matters appear anywhere without written consent, applied to posts, pages and messages.

Result: Families know their matter stays between you.

  4. A watch on your listings and profiles

Alerts on the Business Profile, directory listings and any app profile you hold, so a new review reaches you the week it appears.

Result: Nothing sits unanswered for months.

  5. Reviews replied to in the family's language

A short thank you in the language the review was written in, kept plain, without repeating what the consultation was about.

Result: The page reads like a practitioner who answers people.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for astrologers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how families find you, how quickly birth details on WhatsApp are answered, how the consultation fee is explained and what is said about you online.

  2. 2

    Explain the services

A page for each consultation, such as a horoscope match or a muhurta, stating what is included, the time it takes and the fee, in the languages your families speak.

  3. 3

    Make booking easy

A WhatsApp intake for birth details, a booking calendar, online payment for families abroad and a confirmation message.

  4. 4

    Be found respectfully

A complete local listing, calm explanatory content with no fear-based claims, and introductions to priests and temples.

  5. 5

    Stay with the family

A record of each family's occasions, with consented reminders for anniversaries, naming ceremonies and annual consultations.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

A family says our prediction was wrong. How do we reply?
Once, briefly, offering to speak privately. Do not argue the chart in public, and do not describe what was discussed. Anything more invites a longer exchange.
Can we put a family's words on our website?
Only with their written permission and without their birth details. Keep out anything that reads as a promise about what happened after the sitting.
Can we advertise remedies, gemstones or pujas with results?
We will not write outcome promises. Claims that a remedy will bring marriage, wealth or health can be treated as misleading under the Consumer Protection Act and the Central Consumer Protection Authority's guidelines on misleading advertisements. We describe what you offer and let the family decide.
How do we compete with astrology apps?
Not on price per minute. Families use apps for quick questions, then look for someone they know by name when a marriage match is at stake. A page that shows your tradition and years of practice, and a reply the same day, wins those consultations.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
