Airport taxi services · Search engine optimisation

Be the page a traveller finds when typing the airport and the destination.

SEO for an airport taxi service is the work of making your route pages appear when someone searches a cab between an airport and a hotel, locality or city. GullySales works on the page structure, the route wording and the technical set-up behind those searches.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For airport taxi services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Searchers type the pair, not the service”

A search names an airport and a place: the airport to a hotel, the airport to a town, a station to the airport. A single page that says 'airport taxi' for the whole city matches none of those pairs well.

  • “Fare questions decide the click”

The person comparing options wants to know how the fare is worked out, whether waiting is included and what a delayed flight costs. A page that answers these beats a page that lists car models.

  • “Night and early arrivals are their own searches”

A traveller landing after midnight searches for a cab that runs at that hour. A page that names late-night and early-morning pickup, and says how the driver is reached, matches that worry directly.

  • “Thin copy-paste route pages get ignored”

Fifty pages with the same paragraph and a swapped place name tell a searcher nothing. Each route page needs its own pickup point, road and practical detail, such as where the car waits and how long the drive takes.

What we do

What we deliver for airport taxi services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A route page structure

A template for transfer pages covering the airport, the destination, the fare method, the pickup point and the delay rule.

Result: Each route has its own page with a distinct title and description.

  2. Title and heading clean-up

Page titles, headings and descriptions rewritten around the airport-and-destination wording searchers use.

Result: Your pages name the airport and the place in the first lines.

  3. Technical health check

A review of page speed on mobile, broken links, duplicate pages and how the site reads on a phone.

Result: A list of fixes ordered by what affects booking pages first.

  4. Question content for the fare and delay

Short sections answering the fare, waiting and flight-change questions in plain words.

Result: Each route page answers the questions a booker asks before they call.

  5. Internal links between routes

Links joining airport pages, hotel pages and city pages so a visitor and a search engine can move between them.

Result: A traveller on one route can reach the neighbouring routes in a click.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we rank for the airport name alone?
The airport name draws every operator, the app and the counter. Pair it with the destination and the service wording, so your pages are matched to the specific transfer. We make no promise on ranking.
Do we need a separate page for every hotel?
Only for hotels and localities you actually serve and get asked about. A page with a real pickup note and a fare method earns its place; a page that only swaps a name does not.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
