Airport taxi services · Website

Give each route a page that states the fare method, the pickup point and a way to book.

A website for an airport taxi service is the set of pages where a traveller checks the route, the fare method and the pickup arrangements, then books. GullySales works on the route structure, the mobile layout and the booking path.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For airport taxi services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a phone, in a hurry”

The visit comes from a person typing with one thumb between tasks. A site that loads slowly or hides the call button loses the booker before the fare is read.

  • “Fares need a method, not a mystery”

Showing how the fare is worked out, with a worked example and the waiting rule beside it, tells a booker you have nothing to hide. A bare 'call for price' sends them to a competitor.

  • “Trust signals should be real”

A driver's name, a photograph of the actual car, your registration details and genuine reviews calm a booker. Stock photographs of airport scenes do the opposite.

  • “The booking path must be short”

A booker who has to hunt for the form, create an account or enter payment details first gives up. A route page with the form or a chat button above the fold keeps them.

What we do

What we deliver for airport taxi services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A route-based site map

A plan of pages by airport and destination, with a booking action on each one.

Result: A clear map of every page and its purpose.

  2. Mobile-first page design

Layouts built for a phone first, with large call and message buttons and readable fare tables.

Result: Every route page works on a phone with one thumb.

  3. A booking form with flight fields

A form capturing booker, traveller, flight number, date and bags, sending the details to your desk and chat.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with the details needed to confirm.

  4. Trust and policy pages

Pages for the waiting rule, driver introductions, cancellation wording and contact details.

Result: The rules are readable before a booker commits.

  5. Basic search and tracking set-up

Page titles, descriptions and tracking set up, so the pages can be found and counted.

Result: Each page has a title and records its bookings.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need online payment?
Not as a starting step. Some operators confirm by chat and collect after the ride. Add payment only when you can handle refunds and disputes cleanly.
Can we use a template site?
A template can host your pages if the layout is clear and the content is yours. The pages matter more than the platform.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
