Airport taxi services · Social media

Show the driver, the board and the car, so a stranger recognises you at arrivals.

Social media marketing for an airport taxi service is the use of posts and short videos to make your drivers and cars familiar before a traveller meets them. GullySales works on what gets posted, where it is posted and how a viewer reaches the booking line.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For airport taxi services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Strangers book on familiarity”

A booker sending a parent into a late-night pickup wants a face and a car they have seen. A feed showing the real drivers, the name board and the clean interior answers that worry better than any slogan.

  • “The audience is travellers, not taxi enthusiasts”

Posts about the fleet's engine or the fuel type draw other drivers. Posts about what happens when a flight is late, where the driver stands and how the confirmation arrives draw the people who book.

  • “Reels and stories suit a moving business”

A short clip of a driver holding the board at arrivals, or a time-of-day shot of the road to the terminal, shows the service working. A polished brochure picture shows a car and nothing else.

  • “Comments become booking enquiries”

A traveller asking the fare under a post is a hot enquiry. If nobody replies, the next view goes to a competitor. Comments need an owner and an answer that moves to WhatsApp.

What we do

What we deliver for airport taxi services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting plan around real moments

A list of post ideas drawn from your own days: the name board, a flight delay handled, a family greeting, an early arrival.

Result: A set of post ideas ready to photograph on a normal working day.

  2. Driver introduction posts

Short introductions for each driver, with their name, languages spoken and the routes they know.

Result: A booker can see who may be sent to the pickup.

  3. Platform choice by audience

A decision on which platforms your bookers use, with Instagram and Facebook posts set up and a profile that links to the booking line.

Result: Each profile has a clear booking link in its first view.

  4. Comment and message handling

A routine for answering comments and moving fare questions into a direct chat.

Result: No comment about a fare is left without a reply.

  5. Consent for photographs

A simple permission note for showing drivers and passengers in posts.

Result: Faces appear in posts only where the person has agreed.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should drivers appear in our posts?
Yes where the driver agrees, because the face is the reassurance. Keep a note of consent, and avoid showing passengers or their luggage tags without their clear permission.
Do we need paid promotion?
Not as a starting step. First make the profile and the posting routine work, then judge whether promotion to a home-city audience is worth the spend. Check the platform's current rules for ads in your trade.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
