Automotive AC service centres · Content marketing

Explain the fault before the estimate, and the larger bill stops feeling like a surprise.

Content marketing for an AC workshop is writing and filming the explanations an owner needs before agreeing to a repair: why cooling drops, what a leak is, why a top-up is not always the answer. GullySales turns what your advisors repeat on the phone into pages, sheets and clips.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For automotive AC service centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The estimate argument starts before the call”

An owner who has only heard top-up arrives expecting a small bill and meets a condenser instead. A short guide that explains what the pressure reading and leak test reveal prepares them, so the advisor is confirming what they have already read.

  • “Your advisors answer the same ten questions”

Why does it smell, why is it cold only when driving, how long does gas last, is the cabin filter part of this. Written once and kept, those answers save the advisor's time and let the owner read at their own pace.

  • “Different readers need different content”

A private owner needs a plain explanation. A garage owner wants a list of jobs you take and how a car comes back. A fleet head wants a bill format and a vehicle schedule. One article cannot serve all three.

  • “A guide is only useful when it is current”

Refrigerant types, parts and models change. A guide written once and never revisited starts to mislead. Having your technician read each piece and date it keeps the content honest, and gives you a reason to update.

What we do

What we deliver for automotive AC service centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A set of plain explainers

Pages on weak cooling, leaks, compressors, condensers and cabin filters, each checked by your technician before it goes up.

Result: A short library you can send as a link.

  2. A pre-summer check sheet

A one-page list of what the owner can notice before the heat, and what the workshop checks.

Result: A sheet to post, print or send.

  3. A garage and dealer information pack

A document covering the jobs you take, how a car is collected and returned and how a bill is raised.

Result: A pack a workshop owner can read in one sitting.

  4. Short clips from your own bay

Simple videos of the check, shot with the owner's permission and explained in plain words.

Result: Clips your advisor can send in place of a long call.

  5. A content register

A record of every piece, who checked it and when it was last reviewed.

Result: You can see what is live and what needs a fresh look.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need to write about refrigerant rules?
Keep it general and let your technician check each statement. Standards on refrigerants and disposal differ, and we do not state specific rules. Where a rule matters, name your own adviser or the manufacturer's guidance.
Who writes the content?
We draft it from your job cards, your advisors' answers and your technician's notes. Your technician reads each piece, and nothing goes live with a fact they have not confirmed.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
