Automotive AC service centres · WhatsApp marketing

Send the photo, the estimate and the pickup note on the app the owner already answers.

WhatsApp marketing for an AC workshop is using the app to receive symptom photos, send written estimates, confirm pickups and remind past customers. GullySales sets up the business profile, the saved replies and the message lists, and writes the wording in your voice.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For automotive AC service centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The owner sends a photo before they phone”

A picture of the dashboard or a short clip of the vents is the first thing an owner can offer. A workshop that asks for it on WhatsApp starts the diagnosis from the first message and saves a trip.

  • “The estimate lives on the phone it was sent to”

A photo-based estimate with the parts listed, sent on WhatsApp, is kept by the owner and shown to the family. A verbal quote is forgotten or disputed. The written message is also your record of approval.

  • “Fleet desks already coordinate on chat”

A transport coordinator manages drivers in groups. A workshop that sends the schedule, the vehicle list and the bill by message fits the way they work. A phone call alone leaves no record.

  • “Broadcasts need care”

A message to every past customer reaches some who never asked. Keep lists to people who have used you, state who you are, give a way to stop and use the platform's business tools. Check the platform's current rules before sending bulk messages.

What we do

What we deliver for automotive AC service centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business profile that answers

Profile name, hours, address and catalogue of services, set up on the business app.

Result: An owner who messages sees who you are and what you do.

  2. Saved replies for the common questions

Written answers for weak cooling, estimate requests, pickup and bill queries.

Result: Advisors reply in your wording without retyping.

  3. A photo-estimate template

A standard layout for the fault, photos, parts and a line asking for approval.

Result: Each estimate looks the same and carries its approval.

  4. Message lists with permission

Lists for past customers, fleets and garages, with a record of who agreed to hear from you.

Result: You know who is on each list and why.

  5. A pre-summer broadcast draft

A short reminder with the booking link and a stop option.

Result: The message is ready to send when you choose.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need the business app or the ordinary one?
The business app. It gives you a profile, labels, saved replies and a catalogue. Move your workshop number to it so the history stays with the business and not with one advisor's phone.
Can our advisors use their own numbers?
It is better to use the workshop number, so the thread stays with the business when an advisor leaves. If a personal number is used, copy the customer details to the job card when the chat ends.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
