Battery replacement services · Lead generation

Fill the van with jobs from drivers whose cars will not start.

Lead generation for a battery replacement service means getting the stranded driver, the garage and the fleet owner to call you instead of the next name on the list. GullySales works on the sources of those calls, the first reply and the record that shows which source produced a fitted battery.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For battery replacement services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The dead-battery caller has no loyalty and no patience”

The driver standing beside a car that only clicks will ring the first number that looks local and sounds sure. A lead that waits through three rings is already dialling a competitor, so the work starts with who picks up and from where the call came.

  • “Planned buyers sit in a different pile from emergencies”

A cab owner whose battery is weak, a school bus contractor before reopening, a used car dealer preparing stock: none of them is stranded. They can be reached before the failure, with a different message from the one the roadside caller needs.

  • “Garages buy from whoever they can ring in the morning”

A multi-brand workshop with a customer waiting will not search online for a supplier. The workshop uses the number already saved. Becoming that number takes a visit, a brand sheet and a promise about delivery that you can keep.

  • “Leads are counted as calls and nobody records the result”

If the phone log shows forty calls and the book shows ten fittings, nobody knows where the rest went. A lead source is only worth paying for once the fitted job is tied back to it.

What we do

What we deliver for battery replacement services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A source list for every call

Google profile, WhatsApp, a van sticker, a garage referral, an apartment association: each is listed, and the job book gets one column to say which brought the call.

Result: After a fitting, you can say which source the customer came from.

  2. A first-reply script for the stranded caller

Questions asked in a fixed order: car model, location, whether the car clicks or is silent, photo of the old battery label. The reply ends with a time you can keep.

Result: Whoever answers the phone asks the same four things.

  3. A planned-buyer list

Cab owners, bus contractors, dealers and workshops in your area, with a note on what each buys and when their batteries are due.

Result: A list you can ring, with a reason to ring each name.

  4. A missed-call follow-up

Every unanswered call gets a message back, with the reason you missed it and the next available slot.

Result: Missed calls appear on a sheet with an outcome beside each.

  5. A fitting-to-lead match

The job book is read against the call log, so a booked fitting can be traced to a first call and an unconverted call can be seen.

Result: You can see which calls ended in a fitted battery and which did not.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we buy leads from a directory?
Treat it as a test, not a habit. Note which directory calls become fitted batteries, and keep paying only for the source whose callers actually book. The job book decides, not the number of calls.
Can lead generation fill slow months?
It can add enquiry, and planned buyers such as fleets help on days without breakdowns. We cannot promise volumes. What we do is make sure each enquiry you pay for is answered and counted.
Do we need a website to get leads?
A Google profile and a WhatsApp number do the first job. A website adds locality pages and trade information that the profile cannot hold, and it can follow once the call routine is steady.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
