Battery replacement services · Local SEO

Show up on the map when a car will not start nearby.

Local SEO for a battery replacement service decides which three names appear on the map when a driver searches nearby, and it depends on your service area, your hours and the photos that prove you come to the door. GullySales works on the listing, the localities you cover and the reviews that sit beside your name.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For battery replacement services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The driver wants the nearest van, not the best-known name”

A stranded driver reads the map for who can arrive soonest. A service area drawn too wide loses to the nearer competitor, and one drawn too narrow hides you from streets you could reach. Draw it around the roads you actually drive.

  • “Open hours decide the early morning and late night search”

Dead batteries show up at six in the morning and after the last shift. A listing that shows closed at those hours drops out of the result for exactly the person who needs it. The hours must say when the phone is really answered.

  • “A doorstep service looks different from a shop on the map”

Your listing may have no storefront at all. A hidden address and a service area suit a van service, while photos of the van, the tester and the fitting prove it. Check the platform's current rules for service-area businesses.

  • “Apartment complexes are search areas of their own”

A large housing society has dozens of cars in a basement and one security desk. A page or a listing note naming the society, and the locality around it, catches the searcher who types the building's name.

What we do

What we deliver for battery replacement services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A service area drawn around real routes

The localities and apartment clusters you can reach, read out of your job book and set on the profile.

Result: The map area on the listing matches the places you actually serve.

  2. Hours that match the phone

Opening hours, special hours for holidays and the late-night arrangement entered on the profile, with a clear line about emergency calls.

Result: The early morning search finds a service that is open.

  3. Photos that prove a doorstep service

The van, the tester in use, the old battery exchange and the fitted result, shot at real jobs, with no customer or number plate in frame.

Result: The photos show what arrives at the door.

  4. Locality pages for your service area

A short page for each locality or society you cover, naming the roads and the vehicles parked there.

Result: Each area you cover has a page that names it.

  5. A review ask at the fitting

A link handed over while the customer is still beside the car, with a reply written to each review afterwards.

Result: Recent reviews come from customers you fitted.

  6. Call and direction counts from the listing

The listing's own call and direction counts, read against a record taken before the work began.

Result: You can see whether the listing is sending calls.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We have no shop. Can we still be on the map?
A service-area business can be listed, with the address hidden and the area stated. Check the platform's current rules on what is allowed. Your van photos and area carry the listing in place of a shop front.
Should we list every locality in the city?
List the ones you can reach. A promise to serve areas the van cannot reach leads to late arrivals and poor reviews, which weakens the listing more than a smaller area would.
Does the primary business type matter?
It does. Pick the type that describes a battery supplier or fitter, not a general car service, so the right search finds you. We check the choices against what you do before changing them.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
