Battery replacement services · Social media

Make the fitting visible so the next breakdown remembers your van.

Social media marketing for a battery replacement service shows the test, the exchange and the fitting to people who will need a battery one day and cannot judge one today. GullySales works on what gets posted, who it reaches and how a post turns into a saved number.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For battery replacement services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Nobody follows a battery supplier for fun”

A driver is not browsing for batteries. A post is seen by accident, or when a cousin forwards it, so it has to make sense in a second and carry a number to save. Entertainment is not the aim.

  • “A battery test is the one thing worth filming”

Held against the old battery, the tester shows a reading the owner can see. Filming that, with the owner's permission, answers the fear of being sold a battery that was never needed. It is proof in a form a stranger understands.

  • “Residents' groups are where the saved number gets passed on”

A message in an apartment WhatsApp group or a neighbourhood page reaches the very people who will have a dead battery in the basement. A post with a clear service area is shared again by neighbours, which paid reach does not match.

  • “Fleet owners and workshops are reached by a different post”

A taxi owner or a garage wants delivery area, brands and how an urgent order is placed. Posting to them as if they were private drivers wastes both groups' attention. Keep two kinds of post.

What we do

What we deliver for battery replacement services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A post plan around the test and the exchange

A set of post ideas drawn from the jobs you do: the test, the exchange, the warranty card, the mid-monsoon check.

Result: A list of posts you can shoot at the next fitting.

  2. A short film routine for the van crew

A simple way to film the test on a phone, with the owner's consent, the old battery label and the fitted result.

Result: Every crew member knows what to film and what to leave out.

  3. Messages for apartment associations and groups

A short message and flyer for resident groups, with the service area and a number worth saving.

Result: A message you can send to a society committee.

  4. A trade post for garages and fleets

A separate post for workshops and fleet owners, with brands, delivery area and how an urgent request is placed.

Result: Workshops get a post that speaks to them.

  5. A reply routine for comments and messages

Comments and direct messages answered with the same four questions as the phone, then moved to WhatsApp.

Result: Social enquiries reach the same sheet as phone calls.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should a battery service use?
Start where your buyers already are: WhatsApp groups, Instagram for local reach and the Google profile. We do not recommend spreading across every platform before one is working. Check each platform's current rules for local business posts.
Is it safe to film customers' cars?
Ask first, keep the number plate and the customer out of frame and film the battery and the tester. If the owner declines, post nothing. A photo of the van is enough to show who you are.
Do paid posts work for us?
They can reach a locality, but we cannot promise calls. Try a small test aimed at the roads you serve, and judge it by fittings recorded in the job book, not by likes.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.
