Battery replacement services · Website

A phone-first site where the call button is the first thing a driver sees.

A website for a battery replacement service tells a driver who you are, where you go and how to reach you, on a phone, with a call button before anything else. GullySales works on the pages, the wording and the enquiry route that turn a visit into a call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For battery replacement services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a phone and in a hurry”

A driver on a basement ramp reads the first screen and nothing else. If the call button and the service area are not there, the visitor goes back to the search results and rings someone else.

  • “A battery site is judged on trust in seconds”

The visitor wants to know that you test before replacing, that you take the old battery and that the warranty is real. Short statements of these, with photos from your own jobs, carry more weight than a long company history.

  • “One site must serve very different readers”

The private driver, the workshop and the fleet contractor read the same site for different reasons. Clear paths from the home page, one for each, keep each reader from wading through the other's content.

  • “A site that cannot be updated goes out of date at once”

Brands, stock and service areas change. If a page cannot be edited by you without a developer, the details drift from the truth, and a visitor who is misled once will not come back.

What we do

What we deliver for battery replacement services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page built for the first screen

Call button, WhatsApp button, service area, and the three things you do, shown before any scrolling.

Result: On a phone, a visitor can call before they scroll.

  2. Service pages for each vehicle type

Pages for cars, two-wheelers, commercial vehicles and inverter batteries, each with what you fit and how the exchange works.

Result: Each vehicle type has a page that answers it.

  3. Locality pages for your service area

A short page for each locality or society you cover, written around the vehicles and roads there.

Result: Each area you cover is named on a page.

  4. A warranty and exchange page

A plain account of how the old battery exchange and the warranty claim work, with what the customer should keep.

Result: A page you can send a customer who asks about a claim.

  5. A trade page for garages and fleets

Brands stocked, delivery area and how to place an urgent order.

Result: A workshop can find how to order without ringing first.

  6. An enquiry route that is tested

Every button and form tested on a real phone, with enquiries landing on the sheet your crew already uses.

Result: You have tested the route from page to sheet.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website if we have a Google profile?
The profile gets the first call. A website holds what the profile cannot: locality pages, vehicle information and trade details. It also gives search engines more to read.
Should the site show prices?
Only what you decide to publish. A range by vehicle type with a note that the call confirms the figure keeps visitors from being misled by an old number.
Who maintains the website?
You should be able to edit the key details yourselves, such as brands and areas. We set it up so that changing a stock list does not need a developer.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
