Bus dealerships · Digital marketing

A few channels, each ending in a recorded quotation request.

Digital marketing for a bus dealership brings together search, the Business Profile, WhatsApp, video and the enquiry register, so each part leads to a recorded quotation request. GullySales works on choosing the few channels that fit your buyers and tracking where orders began.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For bus dealerships

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Spreading across every channel wastes a small team”

A bus dealership sells a few vehicles to a few institutions. A handful of channels done well, such as search, the map listing and WhatsApp, serve it better than a thin presence on ten platforms.

  • “Spend without a source record is a guess”

Money goes into hoardings, stalls and online advertisements, but without a source on each enquiry nobody can say which one produced an order. The register must name the source from the first call.

  • “Online reach must meet an offline visit”

Every order still needs a visit to the yard and a demonstration. The digital work succeeds when it books that visit, with the model, the time and the person met noted.

  • “Timing follows the buyer's year”

Schools plan ahead of the academic year, tour operators before the season and contractors at contract award. A plan laid out against those windows beats an even spread.

What we do

What we deliver for bus dealerships.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for your buyers

A short written plan choosing search, the Business Profile, WhatsApp and video, with a reason for each and one for each left out.

Result: The team knows where effort goes and why.

  2. Enquiry tracking from first contact

Source tags, call tracking and a register entry for each enquiry.

Result: You can see which channel brought each quotation request.

  3. A seasonal calendar

Campaigns set against academic planning, tourist seasons and contract awards.

Result: Work is aimed at the months buyers decide.

  4. A baseline before work begins

The enquiries, visits, quotations and orders recorded at the start.

Result: Later results are set against figures noted before the work.

  5. A regular review of source against order

A sheet that sets spend against orders by source, discussed with the sales head.

Result: Money moves away from sources that bring no orders.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What budget do we need?
That depends on your territory and stock, so we do not name a figure here. Start with the channels that cost little and bring buyers you can already identify, then add as the register shows results.
Is digital marketing worth it for a few sales a year?
Each bus is a large sale, so a single order matters. The aim is a steady flow of recorded quotation requests from the right institutions, not high volume.
Do we stop hoardings and events?
Not automatically. Record where each order began, then keep what the register shows is working and drop what is not.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
