Bus dealerships · WhatsApp marketing

The trustee reads the quotation on WhatsApp, so the message must carry the whole case.

WhatsApp marketing for a bus dealership is the use of one business number to send quotations, stock photographs and order updates to the people who ask for them. GullySales works on the number, the message structure and the rule on who replies.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For bus dealerships

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The quotation is read on a phone”

A trustee who opens a bare price on WhatsApp cannot compare it with another dealer's. Send the quotation as a clear document, with seating, body maker and delivery stages written out, and a short covering line.

  • “Walk-around clips answer the first question”

Buyers ask for a video before they visit. A short clip of the actual bus, sent on request, is worth more than a brochure and cuts out a wasted trip.

  • “Order updates stop the three-way calls”

When the buyer is not told which stage the bus is at, the school office rings the dealer, the body maker and the bank. A message at each stage ends that.

  • “A personal number is a risk”

Buyers who message a salesman's own phone are lost when that person leaves. A business number with a shared inbox and a written reply rule keeps the conversation with the dealership.

What we do

What we deliver for bus dealerships.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business number and profile

A business number with the showroom name, address, hours and catalogue of models.

Result: Buyers reach the dealership and not one person's phone.

  2. Quotation message layout

A covering message and attached sheet in a fixed order, with seating, body maker and finance outline.

Result: The committee can read and compare in one place.

  3. Stage update messages

Templates for finance sanction, chassis received, body under construction and ready for registration.

Result: The buyer knows the stage without ringing anyone.

  4. A reply rule

A written rule saying who answers, from which inbox and what is handed to the sales head.

Result: Every message has a named owner.

  5. Permission records

A note of who agreed to receive messages and for what, kept with the register.

Result: You can show that each contact asked to hear from you.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers to a school list?
Only to contacts who have agreed to receive them, and in line with the platform's current rules. For institutional buyers, individual messages with a quotation work better than a broadcast.
Should the number be the salesman's?
No. Use a business number the dealership owns, with the team replying from it, so the history stays when a salesman leaves.
Do we send prices on WhatsApp?
Send a formal quotation with the model, body and terms and not a single figure. Prices shift with body, finance and registration, and a bare number invites a comparison on price alone.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
